Check in took a while and beds were a little hard. Room was a little smaller than I expected

Location was perfect! Restaurants were a little expensive but worth it for proximity. Beach, cedar point, waterpark, souvenir shop, restaurants,, all just steps away from room. We will stay here again!

The beds were quite uncomfortable and I could hear everything going on in the hallway and the room above us.

I love how close to the park this hotel is. Being able to walk in and out of Cedar Point is great. I’ll never stay anywhere else when going to Cedar Point. The room was very clean as well. Staff was friendly for the most part!

I have stayed here multiple times and what I would like to see updated/changed about this location to bring me back is the parking situation it is a nightmare little to no parking spots available near your room. Secondly I think it’s time to update your tvs paying almost $1k for a suite you think your tv would be bigger and the guide actually works so I’m not searching through every channel to find something good to watch as I’m relaxing in my room. Lastly the bathroom floors need scrubbed or cleaned more often. Again as someone who has stayed at this location multiple times this hasn’t been the first time the floors looked dirty. It’s a nice hotel but definitely need some changes and updates

The best thing about the property is the location and how easy it is to get to the park and back to your room

The hotel wasn’t as nice as we thought it would be. Especially for the price! Our room had ants and food crumbs from previous guests. They came to take care of the ants while we were out. We came back to a lot of dead ants. Thought they would have totally cleaned them up.

This was our first time. Convenience of the park was great.

Seems like the property is letting things slip. I understand a new owner took over and it doesn’t seem to be as clean and shiny as it once was 10 years ago we’ve been there every year for the last 10 years seems to be slipping on upgrading details also the hot tubs they have three only one was functioning properly a lot of sand in the pool very few staff seen if Six Flags took this over they should spend some money to keep people like me and my family coming back Jim from Buffalo

The pool(s) were not as clean as we would like to see them, the rooms were not as clean as we would like to see them. We also had to request sheets and blankets for our extra bed in the room as well as towels, it was no problem receiving them, the staff was super pleasant. The room could have been cleaner, we had to clean up the pull-out bed, and we sprayed everything down with Lysol upon arrival - bedding looked a little untidy. We also could have used more soap for our 5 people staying in the room there was only one set of shower soaps.

We truly appreciate and enjoyed all of the staff members at the hotel, from check in to our multiple dining experiences and purchases in the gift shop, and services received. We truly enjoyed the staff.

Room could have been cleaner, furniture is a bit worn, the rooms are expensive but you are paying for location.

For a cedar point visit this is a great location and extremely walkable to multiple park entrances and the water park. In the summer months the pools and beach onsite is a huge benefit. Service is very good and the front desk is responsive. Easy to get food from onsite restaurants and pizza can be delivered to multiple points on the property, which is great when you’re with kids who love to swim and go to the beach. You get free parking and early access to the amusement park.

Even location and convenience can’t overcompensate for a tiny room with extremely small bathroom. Could barely soak in the tub. Not something I’ll likely book again. I’d rather drive in from another hotel and pay much less for a suite.

    Location and convenience.

My room had a beautiful lake view but there were so many bugs on the patio screen I didn’t enjoy it. My room had a weird bad odor and the towels are very small. Indoor pool had unsupervised kids being very rambunctious so I skipped it

Location was perfect and the outdoor pool area was beautiful.

The room wasn’t the cleanest and porch was filthy and full of bugs, spiders, and spider webs. Disappointed for what I paid for the room. Not sure why the maid service knocked so early to request trash before we checked out. I felt the prices of everything was VERY high and could have been more affordable. Ice cream 1 scoop and a milkshake was $17? I’ve been to resort areas that are far nicer and things aren’t as pricey. I think you should have services for Birthdays or Anniversaries, etc.

I liked the location and the views of the lake and the proximity to Cedar Point.

The property is dated. The rooms were dirty, beds uncomfortable, and the sleeper sofa was not worth the money we spent. For what the 3 nights cost, my family should have slept like babies. Instead, we all woke up with cramps and pains due to the beds not being comfortable at all. For the price we paid I would have at least expected a in room coffee pot and or complimentary breakfast. Just shows that they don’t care about you, they just want your money.
