You have to walk through the back areas of the bar and through a gelato store to finally get to the elevator for the rooms.

Our room was freezing the first night with no controls. Toilet was broken (fixed promptly) and plug in sink did not release (fixed promptly) Expensive!

The location is perfect. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The negative is the noise level. the music which rattles the windows goes on till 2:30 am. But I doubt it’s any better staying anywhere else on the street. It’s a party area. We would stay here again.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the art deco vibe in the entire area. Enjoyed the floor show at the Havana 1957 club located in the hotel. Also enjoyed the gelato shop located in the north building.

It was an OK stay. Booked a room 318 which was facing ocean drive and was able to see the ocean and pedestrians etc. Be mindful this area is a party central so don't expect calm and quiet as party goes on hard till about 4 or 5AM. I am not complaining at all though. What I was not happy about was the closet because it stank badly. It seemed like someone urinated in there which was a bit off putting. The bed was comfortable enough. Not too much noise at night. Basics provided which was nice. Location is perfect if you are visiting for parties and Miami Beach vibes. If you wish for relaxation and tranquility don't book this hotel.

Lumpy mattress and pillows. Weird entrance through an adjacent restaurant with the elevator in a gelato shop. Room was overlooking a night club with very loud bass music. Not good for travelers who are in an early schedule.

Great location, easy beach access, updated rooms. Loved the sidewalk restaurant and bar.

Great to be able to stay in an Art Deco Hotel. The room was modern with simple touches of Deco style, it was clean and comfortable. I was on the 4th floor with a side view over pool and a little balcony. The location on Ocean Drive with the bar and restaurant below was great for people watching, really enjoyed the stay

My husband was excited to see a pool party in the hotel opposite our room and was looking forward to seeing some lovely ladies in bikinis, but was then extremely disappointed as the windows of our room were so dirty you could not see out properly. Please clean the windows not much point advertising a beach view when you can't see it for dirt. More bathroom towels would be helpful I have long hair and the small towels are not big enough to wrap it up after a shower. Carpet was filthy and turned our feet black. Swimming pool was pointless, big extractor fan noisy and smelly right behind the sun loungers on the pool deck and glass balcony filthy.

Location was great! Ice cream and waffles great. Bathroom good, nice big shower. Free beach towels and chairs is a great offer. Bed was soft and comfortable.
