Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe shops are fun to browse in. Lots of places to eat. Beer tasting was a fun thing to do. Going over to the brewery late in the night to play board games or some pinball.

JapanThe only thing that I found that would bother someone, if you’re a super light sleeper, is that you are next to railroad tracks. They do provide earplugs in case you need them, which is a nice think ahead thought.
The staff is truly helpful and the whole premise of the place is cool. The hotel is the upper floors of the building with the lower floors having Drekkers Brewery and shops. When you check in, you will get a free 6oz drink to try at any of the 3 bars in the building. I’m not a big fan of drinking but the brewery actually has things on tap that are definitely worth trying. The rooms are great apartment style rooms that are all themed subtly to brews that they make. I am definitely glad that I tried this place and would happily go back.

United StatesThe beds were awful, I'm not a fan of firm memory foam and this would 100% influence my selection of hotels next time I visit Fargo. Also the fact there was no shower curtain but a more small locker room style setup? The last part I did find irritating was also the bedsheets and towels it was like having starch all over my body and I'm glad I brought my own personal blanket to lay on
I liked the theme of the room and the brightness, all of the quirky businesses in the hotel altogether and how quiet the hotel got once the quite hours started

United StatesThe location was great. We enjoyed the atmosphere The rules state that quit hours are until 8 am. I was woke by very loud music coming from maybe the coffee shop? The bed vibrates when a train goes by. We found a pill on the floor in our room. Luckily we did not have children traveling with us! I loved loved the shampoo and cond. I bought some downstairs. All in all not a bad trip. I will definitely be back!

United StatesThis was our second time staying here but don’t remember the trains coming by being as annoying as they were this time. They started at around 5:00 am and were pretty frequent. It was extremely noisy!
We love the Drekker Brewery and Brewhalla. We love the atmosphere and being able to relax and drink beer, eat, and shop some local good. Very fun place!

United StatesThis is a detail, but if there are four plates, four bowls, four glasses in the room, there should be at least four forks, four spoons, and four knives. :-)
Who doesn't love a mural of a purple people eater in their hotel room? This place is one part foodhall and marketplace, one part beer hall and two parts hotel. Try EVERYTHING. The coffee at Thunder Coffee is on point, and the staff there are good humans. The raw bar and wine bar were excellent, too - and Alex, the sommelier, is worth taking the time to ease into conversation with. But, holy cats, this hotel in FARGO? Whodathunkit!?!?!??
