Include some hard boiled eggs and maybe yogurt with breakfast. Elderly people may not be too crazy with sugary cereals. Pancake maker was awesome!
Room, bed, pillows were clean and fresh. The bathroom sink is a beautiful granite countertop. We are very satisfied with the room.

We could hear the cleaning lady, dragging her cart outside the rooms knocking on the door, saying housekeeping, when we were trying to sleep in

The bed was not comfortable. The sheets looked dirty...I used my own because of that. And could not sleep because of the party going on upstairs right above us.

The tv and phone were not working, but the gentleman at the desk did promptly come and fix the problems. Also, they did have bars in the shower, but there was not any grip product on the tub floors, and for seniors that is very dangerous! The ice dispenser was out of order, so you had to go to the main office to get ice. It said newly renovated and I am sure they trying, but they have a ways to go!
They offered breakfast, but we did not go to the breakfast area.

The refrigerator was not working. The water in the bathtub wasn’t training properly. It was construction in the street that I could hear at midnight. The breakfast was horrible.

The breakfast was minimal but it was ok. The facility was clean and supplied. Not much more to say about it. The orange juice wasn’t orange juice, it was Sunny D. There was only one choice of pastries and they not satisfactory. The toilet seat was broken. They didn’t tell us ahead of time that there would be a $25 charge for each of our two small dogs. I was told about the charge after I had checked in.
The evening check in clerk was efficient and friendly. The employee that my wife talked with was friendly and helpful.

I loved everything! I make many trips to Broken Bow usually 2 or more each month. I visit friends, and your Hotel was great! When I arrived that Friday your staff was so friendly, and when I hit that bed it was off to Dreamland. You will be seeing a lot more of me. It was very conveniently located by the travel plaza which made it even better.

The pool. The staff was helpful and kind. The front desk made helpful recommendations and was very informative. The location was close all the stuff in town that was on the agenda. Love the breakfast that was included.

The manager or the owner was amazing he stayed on the premises he was very friendly he greeted us when we got there the address as we left we spoke to him on numerous occasions and it was just a very pleasant atmosphere

Everything was disaster
You can't call this place a hotel because it's not even an inn, I've never seen such a stupid place in my life. It was so bad that it was unbearable even for one night. First, the parking lot was dilapidated, secondly, this place was not suitable for the family, because there were only vans parked in the parking lot, and it was obvious that all the workers were there. Very unpleasant smell both outside and inside the rooms. All kinds of flies in the rooms. Water dripping from the ceiling of the bathroom. Overall, I do not recommend this place to stay.

Front desk was fine, always had to ask for towels, soap, coffee etc. None left in room after cleaning.
