We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe bed had stains yuck The walls in the bathroom were dirty an nasty The pool area had one table an maybe 6 chairs for sitting so people had to leave the pool when others came to the pool very sad Parents let their 8 year old in the pool all day with no supervision I believe people live at this hotel for extended times but that's very dangerous to have a kid in the pool all day by herself she had told us her mom left her in the hotel room while she went out so she went swimming I could never poor kid

There was no breakfast. The room was 100 usd and 50 usd safety deposit what for?? Didn't like it. It wasn't clean enough. The standard of cheaper motels went so much down all over USA. I lived family owned motels cozy nice and neat but unfortunately all of them went into hands of hindu people who are not too clean unfortunately.cgir this price there was no fridge or microwave and I think it should be. Would not recommend that
