Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe only thing that I can say that I didn't like was the parking situation.
Very nice aesthetics. The rooms are very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The restroom is very nice and good for restroom selfies. Good place to come and vibe for a staycation

United StatesI don’t like being given a charcuterie board. We also booked the room online right before we went to the desk. Was the board even fresh and how? Because it took us about 5 minutes to check in. Also, only one chair in the room. Husband didn’t have a seat.

United StatesI did not like the on demand room service. I ordered food and was promised that it would arrive by a certain time and it was not delivered at all, with no proper notification. Hotel staff even called the Rosalie restaurant and no one answered. Also, there should be more food options for those who want to order room service. I also did not like that I had to wait serval minutes for shuttle services.
I liked that the property was close to the event I was attending. It was clean and the staff was attentive and accomdating.

United StatesThe bathroom was filthy. There was hair in the shower on the tub, in between the handle to turn the water on, and on the floor.
The location was perfect and close to everything I needed. I felt safe as I traveled by myself.

United StatesThe valet price is a little expensive in my opinion. I didn't like how this hotel does not offer on-site self parking because they don't have any. The price of the valet service will make you want to not drive a car during your stay here. I would uber instead to keep away from the valet fees.
The rooms are very nice and spacious. There were cleaned very well and has a fresh scent when you walk in. I enjoyed the view of our room and the lighting in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable and the sheets were clean. Valet was very quick when it came to requesting your vehicle.

United States$65 per night to park car at hotel is ridiculous. Given that you are already paying $200 per night for room plus $23 per night destination fee, seems to me parking at hotel would be covered or at the minimum only a one time fee. Would have cost $200 in parking for 3 day stay. You can do better!
Good ambience, upscale feel, lounge and bar area superb.

United StatesI was on the 10th floor in a corner room but the Houston heat was unbearable in the room. I woke up opened the blinds and it was horrible. The air was set to 62 mind you but it felt like the air was broken that’s how hot it was.

United StatesValet parking only on-site and that cost extra separate from our pre-paid with booking.com stay (maybe not a concern for everyone, but it was not expected & added quite a bit to our CC after we left, like I said the stay itself was pre-paid through booking.com), 1 shuttle was "1st come 1st served" basis and in high demand so wait time was more than expected and ended prior to the concert we attended so we had to walk back through downtown Houston after 11 pm...maybe look at extending hours for shuttle for events that are known for going past normal shuttle hours. Our room had a large dark spot on the main dresser (fridge drawer) that was suss. There were a few light bulbs in our room that were out also.
Greeted by great curb appeal, Friendly, smiling valet employees, and a beautiful lobby. There was a fully stocked candy bar in the lobby each afternoon, which was a nice surprise. The room was very comfortable. Overall property was very upscale. There was a $20/day destination fee included in our pre-paid amount that the hotel credits towards charges to your room (ie: bar, food, etc), which was a welcomed surprise! I tried some signature drinks and my kids tried different gelato flavors with our daily credits. All good experiences!

United StatesI left photos that we took the night before in the room. We noticed that we left them 30 minutes after we left. We called and were told that housekeeping would call us to schedule shipping. No one called. We called twice more and no one has called us back. For this property, I am very disappointed that the staff did not care enough to call us back. Those pictures were expensive and irreplaceable.
The bar staff were the best!
