It ended up being quite a bit more expensive than I anticipated. They charge $100 for pets and an additional $20 resort fee, which I normally only see at hotels with pools or on the beach.

This hotel is beautiful! The lobby and bar are gorgeous, it's clean and modern. The rooms are very well designed and super comfortable. The location was great too - I was traveling with my dog so the proximity to parks (Sabine trail) was wonderful.

The property was a great location for our festivities. The staff was all around amazing. Kayla our front desk host did an exceptional job. There was a special arrangement that I asked for and she fulfilled what was needed to plus more. Every host we encountered was great. We will definitely choose to stay here in the future. Lobby and bar area noisy & cold. Restaurant deserted, three nights in a row. No desk space in room. Rubber window seal loose, lots of condensation on windows. Very slow breakfast service one day but without any attempt to make amends, expensive for what it was too.

The hotel is well located but the service and hospitality were not up to standard. I booked for 3 people and we only had 1 King bed, no parking except for a $62 valet, no bike rental (even though it was indicated). We don't necessarily feel welcome as guests. I won't come back at this hotel.

The front desk continued to charge me for things I did not use. I was forced a $20 to hold for food& beverage that I was told if I didn’t use I lose. Chose to purchase coffee & was still charged. Also was charged a $60 parking fee for valet & I actually paid for parking at a nearby garage and parked my own vehicle which was $35 overnight. Almost an additional $200 in fees unaccounted for

I didn’t like how the rooms were dark, there was no full body mirror and there was some things I had to ask front because the room didn’t have certain things when I first checked in. This hotel is “luxury” but I think there’s some minor stuff that needs to be fixed for guests that are paying a lot of money.

The property is fairly nice, love the design of it and bar seating.

Right after I checked in, I dropped off my things in my room and left to meet with some friends. When I came back to my room later that night, my bags were missing. They found them later in some storage room but, $1,300 were missing! I have reached out to the supervisors via email after making a report, but have yet to hear from anyone.

It took over 45 mins to get a roll away bed for my daughter. We requested to me moved to another room because of loud guest in the room next door. We were moved to a room on the 18th floor but the air conditioning wouldn't cool the room down . Two nights of terrible sleep. We were in town for a Houston rockets basketball camp for my daughter so sleep was very important. We will never stay at that location again.

The lighting in the room could be better, pretty dark.

The hotel was beautiful, the employees were very nice and helpful with all questions and concerns. It was also centrally located to everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.

Not enough staff to serve we had to wait for the lunch long, and they will force you to pay 20$ extra to let you use their bar, and at the breakfast you have to wait your turn, and she makes you sign to pay tip as well!! Room service is zero

Everything was amazing from it!!!

Fell in love with the high floor room and the amazing view it gave me and my wife with the Houston freeway and buffalo park view. Not to mention toon the service was spectacularly amazing!!! Valet handled our bags with care and the beds of our room and bathroom was clean and well taken care of!!! Amazing service and will book here for now on for our trips!!!
