Very clean property that was perfect for our family’s needs. The room was comfortable and clean, same as the bathroom. The front desk staff was nice and helped when we needed it. For some reason our keys would work for a few hours and then stop working, but it wasn’t a huge issue for us. The pool area is nice but small. There were A LOT of families there and keeping up with towels for the staff (which seemed very small) was tough. The pool area was clean enough but the equipment was all rusted and old, and by the end of the night the water was fairly cloudy. Breakfast the next morning was exactly what we needed, but things moved fairly slow with the amount of people staying (which is understandable for a weekend on spring break). The location to this hotel was great, we were able to walk across the lot to grab dinner from the bar next door, which was affordable and really good. Overall, great stay for our family and its needs.

Pool area just needed a few windows open or better ventilation throughout . Was a bit "stuffy". Enjoyed it still!

Housekeeping came into the room at 11:38am (22 mins BEFORE checkout time) without knocking, nor waiting for permission to enter. I was literally changing my clothes!! It was very unsettling, honestly. That's just not something you do! The woman working the front desk at night acted like she didn't see me at the door, but then changed her affect once I FINALLY found my key card and entered the hotel. The jets in the jacuzzi tub don't work at all.

I liked the layout of the room and lobby and loved that their was a microwave in suite. The ice was great too, lol. The hotel is a little dated, but certainly nice enough for us to consider returning! The room rate was a nice value as well.

Rugs in common areas like the front stairs needed cleaning (or vacuum). Although it is a non-smoking facility, the strong stench of cigarettes' smoke was noticeable every time anyone entered through the lobby. It was even stronger in our room. Called the front desk many times to notify this and we were just offered some "Lysol Spray". Also, received a call at 5 am asking to check if our bathroom was flooded because apparently the neighbor downstairs was having water issues in their room. 5 AM?! Really?! Do I need to point out we were all sleeping!!!

Breakfast had a good variety of things. However, items were not cooked at the moment. Although everything was served buffet style; eggs, proteins, and pancakes were things heated up on the microwave. Bread and bagels were, ok. Overall, not bad, but could be better.

Bathrooms need some updating. Lots of cracks, pieces broken and filled with dirt/scum Lights went off in the pool. Asked front desk to turn them on and the two people working said they're on a timer and don't know how to. A Wedding was literally right below our room and dj played loud music till midnight. Kids couldn't sleep because of it. Probably shouldn't put families next to a wedding.

Was disappointed there wasn't a freezer in the mini fridge. I brought ice packs so I could keep things cold on drive home.
