Very slow WiFi. Their payment system does not accept international cards apparently. After 4 different cards (Amex/Mastercards from Italy, Germany, UK) we had to exceptionally pay cash. Not a big deal, but in 2024 even Texas could start acknowledging the existence of a world beyond US :)

Nice interns and clean rooms, renovated structure. Great price! Location was good to reach places around, but with the only view of the highway.

A couple of things that need improvement. Tv remote had no battery. The internet wasn’t strong enough for their own tv to work with their own Roku. The restroom didn’t have enough towels for the number of guests. There were no hangers or phone in the room. Although we stayed in one of the deluxe, renovated room, it needed more renovation. It needed more outlets access, perhaps on the one lamp on the coffee table. Paint on the bathroom door and decor on the walls.

Very easy to get there. Right off main road. Plenty of restaurants around. The staff was very nice and friendly, they helped whenever we needed something. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was family style, and it was according to my husband a Texas staple. The place was nice for the kids. Great pool area and mini golf. Beautiful fountain. There’s a club at the hotel for adults only and is beautiful. The hotel has a very relaxed, family friendly vibe, and you can see the main area with the pool and golf from any hotel room you get assigned.

My only complaint is that the on-site restaurant was not open for dining, only as a bar. They said it would be open in a few weeks.

There were a couple of issues with our first room, but they were very understanding at the front desk and moved us to another room on the other side of the hotel. The new room was terrific. The staff are very friendly and responsive, breakfast was very good and again the staff were great.

My room was right on the freeway side of the property - very noisy. No handicap parking or ramp anywhere near my room. The room lights were either all on or all off. The tub shower was very slick and no grab bars.

Good location - good bed - nice breakfast - they tried to accommodate my mobility issues.

When checking out the lady at the desk wasn’t happy with me having my travel bags waiting at the check in lounge for 30 odd minutes. I hope they rectify their attitude about this as most people can’t be precise about their pickup time. This was at a odd time (2am on a Saturday morning) so I understand that the lady was concerned about my bags but she could have been more interested in my situation so this wouldn’t have been a problem! Overall a great place to stay with a trendy style for a bnb. Definitely a place to try out in Amarillo as it’s not the usual hotel to book, it’s very welcoming 🙂

I liked the authenticity of this place, they had good breakfast and a good nighttime vibe going on with the bar!!

There's a smell (plastic?) throughout the lobby/first floor. The hotel is right by the freeway. It wasn't super loud to be bothersome to us but just FYI if sound is an issue.

We stayed in the Bridal Suite and the room we ordered was supposed to have a King size bed. It turned out to be smaller than a queen. Also there were no hangers in the closet or place to put our clothes. The suite layout was not ideal. The bed was in the first room by the door with the couch, shower, and bathroom all in the second room.

Breakfast was good and the location was very good. The shower was huge however only one shower head was working.

I saw the remodeled rings online, I.. nor 1 of our other companions got one. A BUNCH of rings are not fully remodeled. Not sure I should pay the same price for an old room as a new one. It was clean, and the mattress was newer. But I couldn't use most of my electrical outlets and that was frustrating. One popped at me and the bothering one wouldn't work at all.

Could tell I was in a pet friendly room (recommended removing bed skirts or cleaning them) and the room felt like it was rushed to be finished. Poor paint job and other minor details that didn't fit the look you advertised online. Also the shower head was a real turn off... Didn't shower just because of it. Pet relief area???

Staff was super friendly and the overall vibe of the place is pretty chill. The room was comfy and big. The parking lot is well lit. Also pretty quiet, it was a week day but wasn't disturbed by any noise or such throughout the night. Being pet friendly!!

Didn't like the overall layout and vibe. Self-check-in was a god offering though without clear instructions so I stood in a long line unnecessarily

The atrium with pool and hanging chairs looks great in theory but for me had a weird vibe, located in the interior of the motel block. My room looked on to this so therefore had blinds closed all the time which added to the strange atmosphere. The motel has been recently renovated. The best thing is the hot cooked to order breakfast - tortilla, chorizo, eggs - by a wonderful and friendly staff member. Price was great, bed was comfy.

The hotel itself could use a small renovation, which is actually happening now. So, I can't say anything negative. The only thing I would like to draw the hotel management's attention to is the live plants inside the hotel. It would be good to clean their leaves.

The room was quite decent, with a nice comfortable bed, clean, and surprisingly there were even bottles of water. We had a hot breakfast and the staff was friendly. We requested a quiet room and were given one with a view of the parking lot. It was very quiet👍🏼

A/c box was kinda cornered off so not as cold as I would like

The main area has an indoor pool, Koi fountain, 2 large corn hole tables, and a small putting green. There are swinging chairs among the numerous plants that are very relaxing. They had a nice breakfast too!
