The room looked like it needed remodeling, the only thing that bothered me were the gaps in the blinds because I could see the light from outside at night. Also, having someone serve breakfast made it feel school cafeteria-like.

It looks really fancy when you walk in but then you realize it's being renovated and not so fancy after all. But the room was big and it was interesting that you walked in through the atrium. There was also a nice breakfast selection. I got a personalized note when I arrived but nothing to go along with it.

We got checked into a dirty room. Went back to reception and they switched us to another made up room. No nice dog relief or play area on premises. Needs to walk to neighbour proroperties with dogs. Busy with renovations so bit messy in some places.

Easy self check in. Great indoor pool and small leisure area for kids to unwind after long drive in car. Clean rooms. Barber inside facility. Good location close to main roads and dining/take out places. Breakfast was ok and consisted of warm and cold options. Kids enjoyed making their own waffles. Staff very friendly.

The room was in disrepair, but they were in the process of remodeling. The broken elevator was very inconvenient since our room was on that side. Ice machine broken. Lighting in room very dim. Need plugs in better places or need more outlets.

Bathroom ceiling had bug open spot. Didn’t use shower for that reason. Needs a lot of work. Breakfast was not very good.

The facility has some potential but needs a lot of work. Room was large with sitting area. Quiet rooms.

Our room was remodeled but, not very well done. The tub had a huge repaired chunk that looked terrible. Above the shower head the ceiling had been repaired from a bad leak but, it to was never finished properly. Both repairs looked bad. My husband went to sit on the sofa and the leg wasn't attached properly and went out sideways so we couldn't use the sofa!!

The pool was big & nice & comfortable temperature for swimming. It's a peaceful area inside with the plants and places to sit. The breakfast was hot and good. I like that they had 2 small water bottles in the fridge. Front desk staff was super nice.It is pet friendly and we travel with our cat and they do not charge for pets!! That's pretty awesome!! Great price on the room too!!

Noise level, disrepair and condition of the facilities could use some improvement. None of the outlets could hold a plug.

The room was clean but could use an update. The bedside table was water stained and scratched up. The door blinds were broken, cut and looked kinda trashy. The carpet was wrinkled. The pillows on the bed weren't much bigger than a throw pillow. The air conditioner was back in a cubby area and needed to be turned really low temp and on high fan to circulate.

The room was bigger than I was expecting. There's a nice garden/recreation area inside the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Elevators not working, toilet paper half hanging off, bathtub plug not working Bathroom floor was dirty and corners has not been cleaned in a long time. Thankyou card had a rate written on which had a much lower rate. Breakfast served too late for those driving through. Breakfast not ready at the time said.

We were on the highway side; the noise from the traffic was very disturbing. It is too bad; because the facilities are great. Breakfast was good and offered variety.

it is just a refurbished motel that they made a little funky but they definitely need to upgrade the rooms.. they need better beds and pillows.

The women at the front desk during check in and check out was my least favorite person during my 1200 mile road-trip. She was rude to her co-worker, extremely disinterested in us during check in. So, I figured I’d try at check out when I saw she was still there. She again had no interest in us and I gave the hotel and our room a compliment. If she was going to be rude and disinterested at least she could have dressed nicer.

The bed was very comfortable. It was extremely clean and quite. We where given the bridal suite and the shower was outrageous.

When we arrived I didn't feel very welcome. When we got to the room it wouldn't open. Had to go back and they fixed the problem. When we left the elevators were broke so had to carry all my stuff downstairs. When we were doing that the office people just stared us down for like 5 minutes straight. I felt very uneasy being stared at. No smiles or grins. Just a blank stare.

Inside of hotel looked very clean and relaxing. The beds were super nice and comfy. The shower was hot and amazing.

first room they gave us was not cleaned. could barely open door due to a couch in the way. grossed out

it’s going to be a really cool place when renovations are complete. cool place to walk in but obviously lots to be done. great location.
