Cleaning. The room was mainly straightened up but not cleaned. Considering the dark dirt in the toilet and the thick layers of dust in many places, particularly those above the eye-level, the rooms are not properly cleaned between customers either. If the hotel invests in a professional cleaning service, it will really shine.

The first impression was really good. A very welcoming reception team, a good looking room, comfy bed. The hotel is situated close to the beach and shops. Beach towels are provided. U also get a coucher for 2 beach chairs (you pay for umbrella separately $20 to the beach stuff, if u need one).

What I did not like was they don’t tell you that the 2waters,2sodas and 2beers that were in the mini fridge in the room are being charged if you consume them.I wouldn’t consume a small bottle of water for $5.00. I really thought it was from the house. So I end up paying like $35.00 for 2 waters, 2 sodas and 1 beer. Luckily we didn’t consume the small bottles of champagne, which they’re were 2 of them. I can’t imagine how expensive that would be. Another annoying thing I didn’t like was that we checked in On Friday, we were so exhausted all we wanted was to rest which was impossible because the room above ours were making so much noise about 2am it was a non stop, not sure if it was people walking or horses. Saturday I slept better, it was very quiet, I guess they checked out.

What I liked about the property was that it was A short walking distance to South Beach, the main streets like Ocean Drive and Collins where all the restaurants, shopping areas are.

The shower was not sparkling clean. The conditioner provided was a very bad scent to me. My friend did not have this experience with the conditioner however.

This hotel is a nice option for a more affordable price. It is not luxury, but it is a nice place with a good location.

This hotel is just off of the main street so it is a little quieter and smaller if you want a more chill experience. It is a short walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

No elevator but it’s only two floors. It was hard to get my suitcase up the stairs. My bathroom could’ve been cleaned better as I saw rust spots.

It’s a 5 min walk to the beach. I also enjoyed the ambiance of the hotels pool and dining facility.

the showers should have shelves so we can put our shower stuff in the shower and not on the floor and some outlets or items for us to plug our phones in close to the night stands to ease of charging

The room felt a bit dated. The lighting and some of the items in the room felt old and tattered. The blinds didn't move because they were broken.

Facilities a bit tired in the rooms and corridors, no elevator to second floor if that is problematic for anyone with a disability etc. but they will carry up your bags. A bit loud at night due to proximity to Collins Ave, but that is known going into booking here.

the hotel is very small but so cute and pretty. you can have breakfast outside on this beautiful porch area and there is a jacuzzi outside (small but pretty). i stayed w one friend, we were probably the loudest people there. never heard a peep from anyone else. also staff was so friendly.

We were overall very disappointed with the room size and its worn out furniture. What a let down, we thought we booked a completely different hotel! Also the room was not very cleaned, for example we could not use the drawers for clothes (they seemed dusty and sandy) and we had to keep our clothes (for five nights) in our suitcases. However what really disappointed us was the fact that we could not use any of what we thought were "common" hotel areas. The very pretty patio is only for the cafe customers (an americano costs $6) and if you want to do a bit of work or jump on a quick conference call there is literally nowhere to sit other than the tiny bedroom. When we tried to sit in the "pool" area we were told we could not stay there after 6:00 PM. I understand one should be on vacation but at times when working remotely one tries to squeeze some hours of work here and there. Unfortunately, the overall vibe of this hotel did not really match ours.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. We also appreciated how the staff was very amenable and tried to help us whenever they could. We did not like the musty smell in the first room they gave us and promptly switched us to another room.They made us a pot of hot water at night when we returned at the hotel (there is no kettle in the bedroom). Staff at the cafe was really nice to us.

If I have to find a critique, it would be that the furniture/fixtures were a little cheap, i.e. a plastic fold up chair on the patio, water dispenser in the lobby was clogged/slow, bedroom furniture appeared to be from Target. I am not complaining I just felt it didn't match up with the overall design and aesthetic of the place.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and a great location.

no lift, i asked the receptionist girl for taxi and she call one taxi which was using false meter, he charged me $60 which was supposed to be between 15 to 20 dollars and the drivers was saying that this is special taxi company.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The facilities are very clean, housekeeping is fantastic, and the location is perfect for Miami Beach. Unfortunately our stay was ruined on the last day by a rude and untrained receptionist. At checkout we had a room charge added for a restaurant order - we never ordered from the restaurant and did not charge anything to the room. We assume someone else charged it to our room or one of the staff misread or misheard someone else's room number for ours. Unfortunately the receptionist was completely unwilling to believe us and that we had to pay the bill to check out. We were also given the option of waiting for 2 weeks, which is when she said the manager would return next time. The restaurant manager contacted us later and apologized for their mistake wrongly charging us.
