the bedroom bathroom was smelly- VOMIT SMELL, awful

The restaurant has very hood food. The water park is grear. The bedroom is large and the bunk beds are a bonus for the kids.

Beautiful location. Cafes, Arcade and Store were great. Water park was fun! Staff was excellent, especially Ben at front desk. He went above and beyond.

The food we ate at Trails End and Berrellis's was nowhere near the standards my son and I expected. His meat sandwich (burger?) was really bad at Trails End (tasteless meat, soggy roll, unchewable onion peels). My entree at Berrelli's (supposedly fettuccine Alfredo) was more like a Pennsylvania Dutch dish than an Italian one (fettuccine was more like egg noodles, and the sauce was basically buttery not a creamy/cheesy Italian one). While that latter entree tasted good, it was hardly the kind of Italian food one would have expected at a place named "Berrelli's. The buffet-style breakfast at Camelback had virtually no one in attendance, and we decided to go elsewhere after the two disappointing meals I just described. It's not right when a classy resort like Camelback loses customers to a place like "Billy's Pocono Diner."

My son loves adventurous sports and very much enjoyed the mountain coaster and zipline. The facilities were excellent overall.

The bed was too firm for me, and the pillows were too soft. I also received two citations for parking in the 15 minute parking lot. I was told when I 1st arrived that I could not park where it displayed 15 minute parking. I didn't but still received a citation each night. Thankfully, the staff took care of it without hesitant.

I liked the different activities kids could take part of and the entertainment down in the lobby.

I didn’t like that several times I asked for items needed in the room And were never brought to us..also didn’t like that the parking wasn’t included in the package and was confusing some reservations charges..

We had fun in the water and water slides but most importantly, Kids had fun on all the water rides..

I didn’t like that there wasn’t many options for eating there are a ton listed but I guess it depends on the time of year you visit.

The property was clean and well kept. The hallways and lobby were clean as well as the bathrooms in the waterpark.

The room did look nice, but when we walked around, it was very dusty. Bathroom, shower had hair in it . The sink in the room had dust on the corner hair in the sink. The prices for food was ridiculous.

It was a very good area that we like with all the activities it has.

It took several hours for our room to be ready after chk-in. The bathrooms inside the Waterpark weren’t that clean. It smelled like urine where the showers were located. And receiving extra towels took quite some time. The food on the resort is also a bit pricey. Some of the rides shut down early due to staffing shortages. Nothing is in walking distance.

Outside food is allowed. You can order out and have it delivered to the hotel. The staff was as accommodating as the circumstances would allow. The location isn’t hard to find & it’s not too far from local businesses just not in walking distance.
