United StatesParking in attached under ground lot has variable pricing which was odd. On Friday night, we were quoted $100 for 24 hours (prior nights had been $30). We moved to another spot on the street, paid for 8 hours ($35) and paid again in AM at lower rate. No daily maid service but asked for towels and coffee supplies in 2nd day that weren’t refreshed but they came when we asked again. Front desk gave us a discount at checkout for the inconvenience.
Very clean and nice. Bar and restaurant right on the water with great sunset views. Bar drinks and food excellent.

It was ultra modern and very well appointed. I loved the room decor and woods floors were beautiful. The view was amazing! And the on-site restaurant was beyond enjoyable and delicious!!

From the valet, to the receptionist, to the restaurant Staff the customer service was incredible. I would like to especially thank Barry (valet) for his willingness to go above an beyond. I wish I could remember the receptionist name that checked us in...short hair, American American...she made the check in process smooth and stress free, while providing exceptional customer service. Made us feel so welcomed.

Fun, pristine new neighborhood to explore, scooters and bikes to rent on bike rack outside. Short, scenic walk to Inner Harbor. My new favorite hotel in Baltimore.

United StatesStaff could have been a little friendlier. Spent $60 on room service for dinner and couldn’t get the food made right. Delivered cold. The pictures on the website that were a visual for our particular room did not match what our room/ view were supposed to be. Found this hotel on the fly for a date night with my husband and the best thing we can speak on is the breakfast from the restaurant.
The breakfast served from the resturant inside the hotel was AMAZING.

I asked for an early breakfast and a specific reservation slot together with my reservation, booking.com correlated with the property to confirm if the accommodations were going to be possible. I got an email confirming the accomodation for the reservation slot (which when I think about, was not an accommodation request but a regular part of the booking process) and conveniently did not respond to my request for an early breakfast. When I asked the following morning about this, they simply said it was a miscommunication from booking.com and did not even address that booking.com had sent both requests to them and they ignored one. The staff was quite rude and passive as well. Anyways, maybe it’s just me

United States2nd time at this location- first time was really great overall. Only 1 issue with no housekeeping service and had to ask twice for it. This time was awful from the start- the moment the staff started interacting it was just obvious it was not going to be a good stay. While the location and views are great, I would think twice before staying again until they step up their customer service. Plenty of other options in Baltimore to stay at for the same or less cost.
location is nice for walking to local areas. their restaurant was good overall for the easy access and portions along with great river views. the rooms are good size and the option to have filtered water by the ice machines saved on buying water.
