Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms (bed and pillows were fantastic), very good restaurant and proximity to the White House area and Dupont Circle.

The fridge in our room (805) didn't get very cold, and needed a good cleaning. Also, there was no fan/vent in the bathroom which made for little fresh air in the room.

The front desk staff as well as the bar/restaurant staff and housekeepers were exceptionally welcoming. I like the ammenity of being able to go down to have a nightcap at the restaurant before bed and the Made in DC giftshop in the hotel was really cool.

This conveniently located hotel has very comfortable, clean rooms. This was a return visit since we enjoyed our first stay. The hotel has a nice restaurant. Every single staff member we met from cleaners to the front desk was very kind and welcoming.

The hand soap, was a charcoal scent, which we didn’t like, we told the staff on the our last day, which we were told they received a lot of complaints and were changing the scent that day.

Terrific room size for three of us and super comfortable. Not really knowing anything about where to stay to be able to have a central location, the reviews were true. A really family friendly, cosy and super comfortable place to stay it was. Very homely and safe it was a great base to walk to many of the popular sites.

The only criticism we had was we stayed bed and breakfast, and on the first morning, before i had finished eating the waiter told me 3 times that the tip was not included, never experienced this before.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the room was a good size and the beds comfortable. The location was only a 10 - 15 min walk from the white house, so quite a good location

We paid for breakfast with our room booking. There was an extensive range of breakfast options on the menu in the restaurant but we were given breakfast vouchers that only covered the all American Breakfast. Eggs and bacon every day isn't the most appealing! Given there were cheaper options on the breakfast menu it made no sense only being allowed to get the all American breakfast with the vouchers!

This gorgeous hotel is just 10 minutes walk from The White House! It has beautifully furnished rooms and lounge areas and a fabulous little gift shop in the lobby with local made gifts. There is a bar and a restaurant that serve late into the evening. The reception staff were really relaxed and attentive.

The lobby, bar and restaurant were full of mosquitos, so we got eaten alive whenever we were there; no issues our room though. The air conditioning smelled a bit musty.

We got a double room (Queen and King Side beds) for 2 adults and a teenager; the room was huge, with loads of space for luggage and relaxing. The beds were very big and comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower and nice toiletries. Good size fridge for food and drink, with a water and ice dispenser on each floor. Pretty good location for the sights, with a metro nearby and walking distance to some sights. We didn't have breakfast, but ate dinner on the first night, which was ok but nothing special; prices weren't bad. Friendly staff.
