United StatesAbsolutely LUDICROUS valet charges. Insulting actually. To pay just under $500 for a one night stay and then $49 (w/ tax) for overnight parking is absolute robbery. And to top it off, it took 11 minutes for valet to retrieve my car and somehow hand me the wrong keys still. It is the sole reason that despite enjoying our stay, I would not return. Also the 20% surcharge made service staff extremely comfortable with not providing timely service. The daytime bartender Saturday at Treehouse, a woman whose name I can’t recall— who not only did not greet us for several minutes— had a sticky bar, and poured a weak drink (we did not want a strong drink, just a regular vodka-soda, but she under-poured and under-iced, thus making it almost all mixer. Her attitude wasn’t great but since we would’ve topped 20% regardless, it is what it is.
There was a lot to love- comfortable beds, wonderful shower and toiletries, very clean, great views, extremely attentive and helpful front desk staff. Also loved the ride service to downtown area. Breakfast was also delicious. Mike, the bartender at Treehouse, was also very attentive.

United StatesI had to use a hot spot to work because the wifi access kept asking me to join Hilton Honors. I did join, but I could not access the internet even though it looked like I was on wifi.
I love the artwork on display and the fresh vibe. As soon as you walk in, the art pops, and the rest of the lobby is minimal and not fussy. The valet is great, and you can tip on the app, which, for me, was a huge plus. It helps to make tipping convenient and prevents you from having to scramble for cash or ask for a Venmo account. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The room is clean and minimal. There is great lighting, although the bathroom could use a lighted vanity mirror. One important feature is that the shower is designed correctly. You can turn it on without getting doused by the shower because it is on the shower wall opposite the showerhead. It's the little things like that that score high ratings for me. The closet is open and has a large flat surface for an open suitcase, so it doesn't need to be on the bed or floor. I'd stay here again over other properties because of these features. Also, the restaurant food was excellent.

The waitress at breakfast was amazing and so was the young lady Bre at the check in desk. I did not get the names of the check in staff on the day of arrival but it was a white male and an African American female who was so nice and courteous which really made a difference in our day as we were in town for a funeral. Thank you!😊

United StatesPool was a bit on the green side first couple days last day looked much cleaner and clear. Pool party events need to be coordinated better, we were not able to swim first evening which was a disappointment since we just flew in and wanted to use pool that evening. Pool staff didn’t have same knowledge of what was going on or expected, they should know. Room was inconsistently cleaned. Beds made, but no new towels were placed out. Cleaner left a dirty cleaning towel in room.
