Bathrooms nor maintained well, sinks either spray full blast soaking you or hardly work, showers aren’t scrubbed properly if at all, toilets either run constant or don’t flush, vent fans are hot or miss, and the layout of the restroom itse is ridiculous no room from door to toilet some doors don’t even close so no privacy

Very comfortable with great location and staff. We were treated with kindness and care that really made us feel welcomed. They are dog friendly as well!

The water from the shower extends across the bathroom floor, inviting the need for improved drainage or a water-resistant mat to maintain a tidy space..

The price and our ability to check in at 2 AM were significant advantages.

Smoke alarm beeping in the storage room across from our room. The children above us running around most of the night. Found a few roaches in the bathroom.

The doors are very thin I guess. People outside are very loud, but you can’t really hear neighbors. So bring earplugs.

Is close to the ferry, the staff is nice, breakfast is decent. Cleaning is on demand, which I prefer.

Door locks.

Staff was great, problems with the door locks and had to move rooms twice though. Overall a good experience once we got a good room.

The tile floor was very cold and the walls very thin, I could hear the people in the room next to me as if the door between us was open. but this was a very minor inconvenience.

Room 113: new toilet installed is too large so now the bathroom door isn't closing.

Surprisingly cheap for the location, even outside of the season. Convenient to all the places we needed to visit.

Hand rail missing by commode.

Breakfast was good. Travelled with 2 dogs and a person in a wheelchair. Found handicap parking right in front of the room. Shower was great for w/c.. And the price was right. I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom. The toilet bowl was too close to the door they actually hit each other. 4 people occupied but only 2 towels. The TV was in bad shape. the picture was blue.

The bathroom door couldn’t close because the toilet was in the way. No hot water in the sink. No place to hang the towel in the bathroom.

Every night we had to get another key because every night the key deactivated. The staff was hard to get a hold of because no one was ever at the front desk. Check in time was a long line and we didn’t get to check in until after 4:30. Check out time was the same because no one was at the front. We were at the front at 11 and it was about 11:15 when someone finally came to the front to check us out

You need to have tissues, blow dryers that makes a lot easier for us that don't like to travel with our stuff.
