There is a strange smell throughout the whole property. At some point the smells develops into a sour mold-like smell, especially in the bathroom. The steel cupboards at the end of the corridors (It looks like an abandoned office).

The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and v clean. Overall it was a very comfortable stay. There is an old retro/rustic vibe to the whole building and its ambience which is quite nice. It’s not an MDF shiny hotel, but old and clean with a character, and it’s quite obvious that they are keeping the place well maintained. The staff are very friendly and welcoming! The vibe at the bar/restaurant is nice for hanging out.

There needs to be a mirror in the room so someone can be getting ready of the bathroom is being used. I have never been in a hotel without a mirror in the room somewhere. Coffee in the lobby would have been much appreciated.

Met front office person named Charlotte, she was so friendly and helpful. She was from Ireland. We arrived on Sunday and there was a DJ hosted brunch which was super fun. They put us in a corner room with a view of the National Monument. Room was very clean and comfortable.

These was no comfortable table to drink coffee/work. Furniture was gorgeous, but not always comfortable. We weren’t impressed by the food served in the hotel restaurant.

Perfect location! Beautiful architecture, quiet neighborhood. Super cosy rooms. Warming light in the bathroom is genius! Nice interior design. Comfortable pillows.

Our stay was great. Front desk was friendly. I do not like the additional resort fee. I didn't use the facilities beyond the room itself. The resort fee, while it is clearly listed in the charges, seems excessive and unnecessary. It is the only blemish to a lovely stay.

clean room and spacious bathroom. comfortable bed. easy check in and check out. Booked this last minute day of an event and was pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was! we were upgraded to a corner king room with a lovely view.
