Amazing location, for the view and conveniently located near some excellent eateries. Key features of any room for me are the comfort of the bed and the quality of the shower, both were excellent. As a bonus towels were excellent.

I wish there was a couple of stands for our suitcases in the room and a microwave. A couple of lounge chair cushions need attention due to being very beat up.

We love the relatively small size of the hotel. The ocean views are spectacular. Although it is convenient to the Coconut Marketplace and the shopping center across the street, the hotel is bordered by an open field and a canal on either side. The convenient and scenic walking path does not extend beachside of the hotel which prevents a constant parade of walkers and bikers in front of the hotel. The hotel is peaceful and private. The Bull Shed is attached to the hotel but the only noise from the restaurant is the lovely live music.The vibe at the ISO is laid back and mellow. This is our second time there and are eager to return. We also enjoy the yogurt, cereal and fresh pineapple for breakfast. It is perfect for us.The fire pit, chairs and picnic tables are spaced out nicely providing a relaxing place to view the ocean from.

The property had great amenities and activities. Yoga in the morning, a pool, ice and filtered water for your water bottle they gave us, and bikes you could check out.property is an older property and you could tell but it was clean.

Clean. Beautiful view on the ocean every single morning We didn’t have to leave a room to watch a sunrise. Yoga in the morning ,breakfast included,pool , bicycles first come first served. and the best restaurant “the bullied”.which serve amazing artichoke deep, and the best on the island ribs . People there are very helpful and very nice.

Not having access to the ice machine 24/7 slowed us down a bit when we were trying to head out early so we had to buy ice elsewhere. Breakfast needs to be earlier than 7 am. The water filling station needs to be replaced or scrubbed spotless. Pool area needs some serious attention.

The location is great. Right on the water. I'm glad they've help the property for so long and haven't sold it to a bigger developer or something like that. The room and lānai were very clean and the AC worked great although we didn't use it much. The ocean breeze was enough for us. You'd be hard pressed to find a better view for the money.

Fantastic location. Free bikes. Resort fees but no amenities if you’re not going to take the free bikes or do a 7am yoga sesh. Old rooms with rusted fixtures. Breakfast was bad. Housekeeping and staff were great.

The Bull Shed restaurant has much room for improvement. The food is very plain, the table was wobbly and it was disappointing that there was no loudspeaker in one area of the restaurant, that would've allowed us to listen to the live music.

We really enjoyed exploring the area using the provided free bikes. Starting the day with sunrise yoga definitely elevated our stay. The breakfast and filtered water was also appreciated. The room was clean and nice.

Lobby didn’t open til 7, so leaving early for hikes, we couldn’t refill water or grab breakfast. Room service needs requested 24hrs in advance Office employees make comment when asking for extra coffee. No Hot tub! No Bar service outside!

It's a no frills hotel -- no poolside service or lunch service, which we were okay with but I know some people value that. I would say if you are looking for a great value in an amazing location, this is the place!

Our view was incredible, we overlooked the pool / ocean, it was magical! The pool was quiet, we were usually the only people laying out which was nice. I love that they offer bikes so you can go on the bike path, they offer yoga in the mornings, the restaurant is wonderful -- no complaints on my end!

The location was great! The property was old but clean. Don’t expect a brand new state of the art property when booking and you’ll be just fine. For the price and location it can’t be beat, I would 100% stay here again.

The furniture in the room was sparse. There were two wooden chairs and a small wooden box for a table which didn’t lend themselves to comfort. We ended up sitting on the end of the bed. The tv was also a problem each evening due to the internet system and required a staff member to reboot the system.

Overlooking the ocean and you could hear the surf. Loved the lanai. Very quiet. Easy access. Nearby grocery stores and restaurants.

The offerings for breakfast were exactly the same cold cereal, yogurt, pineapple and apple each day for our 8 day stay. It would’ve have been nice to have coffee available with breakfast. Instead, we had to brew it in our room. Offering of tea would have been nice. Also, the chairs in side rooms need to be more comfortable.

Location, location was optimal, next to the ocean and walkable to amenities. I loved access to a free bicycle. It was a on a first come basis and was able to get one most of the time. Yoga class was also nice. The view of the ocean and cleanliness were excellent. We always had access to clean linen.

The grab and go breakfast didn’t include lactose-free options, the fact that most of the restaurants were more to the north so we needed to use our car for everything and no elevator…

We didn't like that the lobby closed around 10pm as we couldn't access the water dispenser after that time until they reopened in the morning.

Great location and friendly staff. We appreciated the free water bottles and the water dispenser in the lobby. They also had free bike rentals for use on a first come first serve basis. The complimentary continental breakfast was also appreciated.
