the accommodations were Great and the breakfast was to die for! And, to meet all those other's who were "just passing through' was amazing! Our 2 kids/young adults actually had to talk to people, not just interact with a cell phone! It was amazing It's been over 3 weeks since we've been back and our kids are still still talking about your place!

lovely location - it was easy to walk are under neighborhood to the nearby park as well as the many nearby restaurants. Great staff, it was fun to share breakfast and visiting with others in the lovely dinning room

Staff was wonderful they made a delicious breakfast every morning and was very accommodating with all the dietary restrictions. it was centrally located amongst restaurants that were walking distance. Such a great experience I’ve never stayed in a bed-and-breakfast before. I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area!

The Mānor felt like home. The staff was friendly. There was nothing we didn’t like about it.

The owner/staff were excellent hosts, helpful, available, and personable. Breakfast was served at a communal dining table, not set up as a buffet, giving the guests an opportunity to get acquainted. The coffee was strong and delicious. The garden offered a park like respite from busy tourist adventures. I would return to this fine Manor in a heartbeat. The Manor is a historic home, has no elevators, a cozy library, and family room. It is meticulously maintained.

Beautiful home with large rooms and well maintained, clean common areas. Nice garden area for relaxing outside. Wonderful location in Captiol Hill. Tasty, healthy breakfast. I would recommend staying here versus a downtown hotel. So nice!

The shower was small and outside the bathroom in our room so you had to leave the bathroom door open to have some light when you were in it. All and all we did appreciate that there was a shower in the room so it worked out for us.

The location was great. It was close to parks and restaurants. It had an elegant atmosphere. I wish we had more time to spend there. The neighborhood was very nice.

Great location in Capitol Hill, walkable to the other parts of the city. The owners were friendly and helpful. All of the main floor rooms are shared with plenty of space for lounging. Breakfast was delicious and it was nice chatting with fellow travelers. They have a great back patio with a fountain and several chairs. Off street parking is included. Plus the family dog Tchaikovsky was very friendly, a great bonus after a long car ride.

Yard and grounds looked a bit tired and unkept. Coffee service poor - some instant coffee but not even cups out or creamer. Seattle is the town of coffee - how about a coffee maker or Kuerig? Also breakfast hours from 8:30-9:30 only did not work for us as we wanted to get out and go early.

Great location, friendly host and our room was large. Comfy bed and clawfoot tub. Nice common rooms. David, the host, was friendly and welcoming.

I booked this place mainly because of location, they only had the suite available and it was just not well kept. The furniture in the space makes it feel like a bunch of stuff put together without much thought. The room was ok, it wasn't worth the price tag. I was so excited about breakfast since it was the common positive review it had and I was disappointed. one burnt bacon strip and two pancakes the fist day and an egg caserole the following. In all fairness I'm a chef so maybe I have higher standards. I will not stay here again.

The location is really great. The service was attentive and it was easy to navigate getting into my room without a regular check in. It was also nice to have parking available.
