Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Coffee was terrible beyond!!! The restaurant on premise was lacking. No affordable or gf alternatives (except for salad).
Staff was great, was clean, cosey and loved the fire place. View was good all over. Relaxing pool facilities. Gym execellent.

This was the PERFECT spot for my kids’ & my spring break. They wanted to learn how to ski and we were literally steps to the ski school for Brian Head. The weather was spot on for our trip and most likely we’ll be back here again next season!

The tv wasn’t smart so we couldn’t stream our own media

We didn't have enough coffee packets and supplies so we had to ask for more but that was no big deal
The staff was incredibly kind and super responsive. Our view was outstanding and we really appreciated the close proximity to the chair lifts and ski area

My toilet kept running off and on. I would have to flush it to make it stop. The room key was very finicky and had a hard time getting it to work. Could have used a pen and paper.

I liked everything.
I was on a ski trip. I really enjoy the facility. The spa was amazing and the rooms were nice. I like the kitchenette and the proximity to Brian Head ski resort.

Very clean and modern hotel, everything is uncomplicated from the great breakfast layout to the room with very large comfortable bed, large tv and numerous sockets and sub charger points. You can even use your phone to check in and out and as your room key. Very friendly staff on reception and breakfast duties. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to others.

Being in a separate building from the gift shop, pool, etc. made it so we didn't feel like using them - very inconvenient. Hot water was a problem. A shower longer than 5 minutes resulted in cold water. While service was very good at the restaurant, it was VERY pricy.
The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. The service at the restaurant was awesome! The beds were really comfortable. The gas fireplace was a nice touch. While we didn't use many of them, the amenities were awesome . The price for the room was excellent!

Having some basic spices on hand would be nice. The mini thimble size salt and pepper shaker really was cute but only good enough for a single person. Maybe have some PAM spray oil too. The room was very clean but faintly smelled like a hot dog …. We tried airing it out but no luck. Maybe bring frebreez on your trip.
Amazing value for a huge place. Full kitchen and plenty of on-site parking.Staff was very nice and friendly. You can’t beat this place for a Brian Head trip w a large group.

When I reserved it, I marked that I was renting a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa couch. The next day I received an email stating they would try to grant my request when I checked in. I ended up getting one king size bed.

The pool and hot tub were closed for renovation during my stay and one of the main reasons I booked was for the spa area, due to me having a very long drive. I would not have booked it if I'd known the spa was closed upfront.
The staff were all great, really friendly. My room was ready early which was fantastic after a long journey. The room was very comfortable and the setting of the hotel was beautiful.

Was difficult for us coming from a different country to access the reception desk number, as it linked to a non-specific answer machine which was closed after hours. Also would’ve liked a vending machine to get some snacks due to the remote location.
