When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We got a king bed instead of 2 queens, but they brought us a rollaway bed right away.
Rooms were cozy, amenities were really nice. Close to great locations like Zion, Navajo Lake.

That when you first walk in the room there is a broom and dustpan to greet you. It just doesn’t give you the feeling that you are in a nice place.
It’s in a beautiful area! It had a very nice fireplace. The decor is lovely. The staff was fantastic! I really appreciated having a free washer and dryer ! There are ample towels and pool towels! This was a great place to stay.

The rooms could use some repairs. Most our windows frame were cracked or broken which made them difficult to open. The fire places were hard to turn on and one fan didn't even work for it to start working so that was a bummer. One of shower heads was like taking a shower with needles hitting you. Thankfully the other shower head in the second bathroom was much better so we just showered in there. Many of the tables had glass over the top however there were no grippers so the glass slid easily whenever it was bumped. The coffee table and dinning table were in major need of replacing. So overall the room functioned well and was great but some maintenance and replacing is needed.
The size of the room was perfect for our family! We loved that the library had games, books and movies to rent out. I also loved that they had DVD players in each of the rooms. The resort provided 2 packs of laundry soap and that was a huge plus as we did need to do laundry unexpectedly. We all were able to sleep very comfortably. The staff was TOP NOTCH! They checked in on our stay, were helpful in getting us information when we needed car repair, and our overall interaction with them was wonderful!

In one room the fireplace didn't work. Pool and sauna area was a bit worn looking. We were in another building and there are no changing rooms in the pool area. Need to go thru outside to get to pool area.
Rooms are big, all kitchen appliances are available. Fireplaces in bedrooms.

Hot coffee at the reception desk in the morning would have been nice.
Toni and Cindy gave us a warm, friendly greeting. We were given a map to help plan our hikes. Our bed was comfortable, and our view of the golden-leafed trees was lovely. Every night, we borrowed a DVD to watch, which was a treat. There are lots of great hikes in Brian Head, and this resort is well-located with a large pool and hot tub. There's a decent fitness room too.

Our room was large, very comfortable, clean. It was quiet. The public spaces were nice. Didn't have a chance to try the pool but it looked good. The people at the front desk were friendly and not only explained everything in the hotel but gave us a map of the area and suggestions.

The bathroom configuration was strange and we kept hitting ourselves on the vanity. The toiletries were also all empty. We couldn’t park in the underground but there was a lot of parking outside

Dry Sauna never worked , 8 days stay. Shower head was very uncomfortable , the spray was so fine that it was very uncomfortable. Felt like pins stinging
