It’s been remodeled but many of the small items are getting aged, worn and dirty- living room rug has several stains. I am certain it was cleaned well before our arrival, but it would be a good idea to do a deep clean on doors, refrigerator and such.

Perfect location. Quiet but within easy walking distance of a great nightlife area with music, restaurants, bars, shopping. The best.

For a $70 cleaning fee at the end of the booking process, I expected it to be very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, but the floors and beds were not very clean. The beds had white duvet covers that had hair all over them. It looked as if a hairy man had laid on them shirtless. I cleaned it off and still managed to enjoy the stay, but someone who is very concerned with germs would have lost their mind. Not worth a $70 cleaning fee.

The location was perfect and the layout of the property was great for a few people. It was nice to have patios and the bedrooms were charming. Great walking distance to Overton Square.

Not much not to like. The bed in the room with the deck was a bit saggy in the middle, and the lower patio area could use a bit of grass trimming as it was encroaching on the sitting area. Maybe one additional chair in the living area would be nice.

The location is excellent, very close to Rhodes College, one block from Overton Square which is filled with great eating establishments. Also one block from Overton Park, which is great for walking and has the zoo and museums. The kitchen was well equipped and even had coffee pods. The little deck upstairs was great for a morning coffee. There is a nice off street parking area. Using the lock box made for easy check in. This is a great bang for the buck accommodation for sure!

The unit had pet hair and smelled of pet present. The vacuum cleaner that was present was missing a wheel that prevented me from probably trying to clean the pet hair. The stove oven had a melted spatula stuck to the bottom that had to be removed and cleaned. I was unable to locate the coasters that was required to use while staying.

The apartment is rather tired, which is not obvious from the pictures. The grass outside was really long when we arrived which made the building feel unloved. However, it was cut when we were there and made a huge difference. The BBQ had no gas and the outside areas were dirty. The house could easily be improved greatly with a little bit of TLC.

Easy to find and the location was good. Very close to places to eat.

The apartment had clearly recently been used for excessive weed smoking prior to our arrival, the stench was horrendous, The apartment was not cleaned well, sticky floors everywhere. The bathroom had a leak and water was coming down in the kitchen below. The pictures absolutely do not fairly reflect the tired state of the property. After raising our concerns, the owners in writing offered a refund, but then later retracted this. We obviously did not complete our stay. Avoid, there are much better options.

The location was not bad, and the Wifi was good. But everything else was terrible.

The floors were squeaky, but it is almost 60 years old. It adds to the nostalgia of being in this area.

Not really any issues but if I had to knitpick, the ironing board could do with an upgrade!!

Just spent 10 nights here while visiting our daughter who studies in Memphis. Spacious, clean and comfortable the property is in a great location with a variety of places to eat on the doorstep. Easy walk to Overton Park, the zoo etc. Felt very secure and parking was ideal. Well equipped with all you need for a home from home.

Our family loved everything about our apartment. It felt just like home in everyday. We would recommend trying your place out for sure to everybody. All you need to bring is yourself and clothing. Everything you need is there for you.

I didn't like they only had 1 TV, so me and my boys had to agree on what to watch as a family. Lol.

I love the location. This was the first time I chose to rent a place out while on vacation. I did it so I could cook instead of eating out, but ended up not cooking at all. At least the option was there. I was able to wash our clothes before leaving.
