We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesStates here 1 night post-cruise. It’s a short distance from the cruise terminal so the taxi driver had an attitude about that. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay. I could see the water from my room and watched ships leaving. The hotel just looks fun and I loved the decor. It’s not bland and beige. Since it was early, the staff locked my bags away and it was easy to walk to a nearby hotel for my day tour. Check in & out is electronic and it was easy to make a key card. But it shouldn’t just be electronic. I didn’t like that on checkout, there were 2 staff members there and instead of checking me out they just pointed at the screens. And then they just stood there on the other side. If it isn’t busy, there should be more “human” interaction. The room was good for a solo traveler - I felt there was enough room and enough storage. The bed takes up a good amount and was comfortable. The shower is frosted glass. There’s a small fridge and safe, both hidden away. There’s TV & internet worked well, and the lights were fun to play with. I’d prefer the air conditioner or room temp had an actual number. I think it took a while to cool down but I would’ve liked to see what the actual setting was. Would definitely stay here again, especially pre & post cruise.

The hotel is in a good location near bayside and overlooks Kaseya centre with sunrise views. The rooftop pool and bar area exceeded expectations with great views and good value for money at the bar with daily happy hours. The gym was small but nice and new with peloton bikes, free weights and a couple of treadmills as well as a balcony area. The self check-in and check-out made it a very smooth process as well.

The rooms were small but thoughtfully designed not to feel cramped. We loved how modern the hotel is with all the automations and gadgets through the Ipad. The hotel staff were very friendly. Hotel is a short walk away from Biscayne Bay and probably one of the best choices for cruisers wanting a hotel before cruise embarkation day.

Clean, functional - nothing else stood out to be honest but we did only transit through for 1 night. Pool/bar area is nice but does lose sun early due to surrounding buildings (may be different in Summer)
