We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesUpon our arrival at 9:50 p.m., we checked in, but I had the feeling I was disturbing the clerk in his TV time. When we went to our room, we found that our room had not been cleaned, and the beds had not been made from the previous guests. I went back to the lobby to get a different room but was told that they were fully booked. They couldn't find anyone from the cleaning service, so a maintenance guy straightened out our room. It was 50 minutes from checked in to finally being able to settle in the room. The bathroom fan/heat didn't work, but the shower had great water pressure.
The location was perfect because we came for an event at the Greater Zion Stadion. The beds were comfortable.

United StatesI've never felt more unsettled and disgusted in a hotel room. The lock on the door had been cut, so I felt very unsafe in the room. The whole room smelled awful and the beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom fan was uncovered so we could see all the dusty and dirty ductwork. When I went to the office to try to talk to someone about changing, no one was there. I stayed for about 10 minutes, waiting, but nothing. I finally called the number on the sign to get "immediate assistance" and it just rang and rang with no answer. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

United StatesEvery time, I use Booking.com there always seems to be some inconvenience that should have been reported. The pool/spa have been under maintenance for a while and it will be a week before if ever re-opened for use. Also had the magnetic key cards keep needing to be reset?

United StatesBad property hygiene! The garbage cans on the 2nd floor were spilling over, full of stinking garbage at 10:00PM. There was no lotion in the shower. The soap was the size of a quarter. There was garbage under the bed, pieces of clothing (underwear and socks) left over by previous guests. The room smelled bad. The bedding was old and worn out. There was a big old dirty stain on the couch. The place has gone far worse since the last time I stayed there.
The price was affordable.
