Lord knows I got good lost tryna find the place with bus and by foot...bus takes at least 45 mins to an hour to come and sometimes didn't come ....nightmare....hot water in tub took no less than 5 minutes to come up and the tub was wonky...The manager was rude to a frustrated client who paid but didn't get his room bcoz they only had a DEBIT card..then called the cops on the guy bcoz he got loud....are you kidding me!!

Almost $100/night, I’d expect a little better of breakfast. The choices were boiled eggs, waffles, or cereal. Looked a little sketchy on the inside, the walls of the room were dirty as well

Staff, smell and cleanliness. I think this motel is rented to some construction workers.

Got room on 7th floor and hallways very bad strong smell of weed. In a four days stay they never change anything in the room. Breakfast is like rationed. The receptionist at evening is very rude, when greet she never respond. When I greet she look at us stone faced. When I complained that hallways have very strong weed smell she said she can’t do anything like we stay there or not she don’t care. Found roaches in the bathroom.

Favilities is in ruin, no pressure in the bathroom. Impossible to take a shower, only 1 light was working on a total of 3 .... stain on the carpet.

The hotel is in very poor conditions. Mostly uncleaned and clearly not renovated for at least a couple of decades.

It was in a questionable neighborhood. The bathroom was not clean and didn’t have all the amenities. The halls were not air conditioned and had an odor. The entire building needed a renovation. There was no availability to make coffee in your room.

It was very close to Albany Airport. The drive to the airport was good roads and direct.

Was told there was wifi, absolutely did not work. Shower curtain smelled like cigarettes. Then later on the whole bathroom filled with the fresh scent of someone smoking. As if the vents were emitting the smoke it self. At 4am got abruptly woken up by some guy yelling/running down the hall asking for narcan. Was very disturbed and frightened by my experience at the Ramada.

We weren’t familiar with the area when booking and were accompanied by elderly parents so were a little worried about the local area when we arrived and the exterior and surrounding area was a off putting.

The bathroom was in run down condition with rust spots, no fan, leaking tub faucet, and in general disrepair. They also charge a $100 deposit which is returned “in 2-3 days” which is still pending in my account 6 days later. And I could not find any mention of this on the website when booking the room.

We spotted a few cockroaches in the room during our 1 night stay. The floor in the room was unclean, we didn't want to walk around on the carpet barefoot.we spotted fruit flies in the room too. There were not enough power sockets on the walls to plug in our chargers. The smoke alarm started making very strange noises too.
