United StatesThe amenities advertised didn't exist. The pictures on the advertisement were at least 25 years old. It's a transient hotel that has long-term department of social services residents, and the staff spoke in a foreign language during check-in amongst themselves about us and they were carrying on personal phone calls while checking me in. When I said I had a reservation, he said. ID and card. Didn't greet me or explain anything, and just put 2 key cards on the counter and continued his phone call. I barricaded the door and would not let my family go out of the room without me. We only had 2 towels for 5 people... list goes on... advertised 2 pools. There were none..about 12-15 immigrants that were bused up from NYC loitering out front 24/7... Asked for hypo allergenic pillows. I was told that if they had any, I could only have 1and was taken to an adjoining room to hunt through the pillows and told " nope we don't have any , you want your money back ?" My credit card was charged twice.

United StatesI checked in with my daughter at 11 pm and went right to bed. Then at 1:30 am in the morning someone started pounding on the door. My daughter woke me up and said someone was breaking into the room. Someone opened the door with a key but the safety lock was on and the door would not fully open. Someone said they were security and had to check my license. I told them I showed my license when I checked in. They said they needed to see it. I told them go away and they were not coming in my room. The person then said I was a b@tch and said he was coming back with someone else. My daughter and I could not sleep the rest of the night and she had basketball that day. I complained to the front desk the next day and they did not nothing. Did not say sorry or explained what happened. I left and booked another place that night.

United StatesEVERYTHING!! When I approached the desk, the guy was sitting on his phone, and it took a minute for him to notice me. He said only the bare minimum and was not hospitable at all! The building had security which I understand may be necessary, but they did nothing to prevent anything; instead looked like they were just hanging out with friends. When I got up to the room and opened the door, it smelled like someone had literally just gotten done smoking a joint (Note there is a Smoke-Free sign on the entrance). Even for the deal I got on the room, it was not worth it.

United StatesThe door was loose, I had to get the front desk to fix my card keys every time I tried to get into my room. The front desk staff, mainly Thomas, was very rude and lacks customer service skills. He told me that this is what I get for the rate I was paying and when I asked how I was supposed to get ice, Thomas told me to use my hands. He also told me I couldn't use te lobby bathroom, that I had to wait until I checked in and use the bathroom in my room.The curtains were torn and raggedy, there was a hole in the bathroom door, the baseboards was coming away from the wall, the tile in the bathroom was coming away from the wall, I didn't receive any amenities, the paint was peeling off the wall, the remote control didn't work, the room smelled of Marijuana and smoke, I had to buy incense and lysol for the room. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

United StatesI normally stay at cheap hotels and have low expectations, but, wow, this is horrible. The toilet was not cleaned (looks like someone at some spinach... no lie). The bathroom is a hot mess. The guy working the front desk was horribly rude and indifferent. They offered a "Deluxe" room option online that I'm told by the guy working the front desk is a lie and doesn't exist. This place is beyond awful.
Comfortable bed with clean linens. About the only thing I can say that's positive.

United Statesi was in room 810, key wouldn't work. had to go get a new one. the second one took atleast 40 tries to finally unlock the door. i turn on the light and alls it did was strobe and flicker. so i find a lamp to turn that one. thankfully that worked okay. then i turn and look at the bed and every sheet/blanket was covered in stains. also no full size pillows either.
