We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The staff were exceptional, very courteous, and went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. I've been to other hotels with names that carry a lot of weight and yet the Holiday inn was one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel.

The hotel was clean, and the room and the bed were comfortable (king suite). We had our dog with us. We were visiting the nearby town Cold Spring, but I had difficulty finding a place closer to the town that would accept pets. I would recommend this place if you just need a place to spend the night, with not too many frills.
