The extra $10.00 charge for a full breakfast was a good value . The bedding and sheets were super comfortable.

United StatesOur room was clean upon arrival on Friday, but we were expecting the room to be cleaned (beds re-made, garbage emptied, etc.) after our first night. When we returned from a day of sightseeing on Saturday, we found that housekeeping had not been in the room at all. Also, there were three adults staying in the room, but only two bath towels, so we had to request an extra.
We did not eat in the on-site restaurant, but did appreciate the coffee station in the lobby and the "shop" area where we could buy cold drinks and snacks. Also appreciated that pets were welcome.

United StatesHousekeeping was only provided upon request and not done each day. I was not offended by this but I was surprised.
The breakfast was good. It is ordered and prepared from a menu. Not a buffet style. I believe one of the workers was late or didn’t show up so there was only 1 person taking orders and cooking the food. She was frazzled. Here was a 15 to 20 minute wait for each order, we were the second ones there so our wait was 15 minutes, the next couples was 25. It was hot and perfect when it arrived.

United StatesBar was expensive. Breakfast was not good-hot foods were cold and flavorless. Servers were good and attentive. Hotel is on a highway with nothing nearby. The rooms above the ballroom should be given to the wedding party guests. TV in room didn't work and they would not give us a different one.
Bartender made good drinks. There is a little wetland area behind the hotel where I saw some wildlife.

The location is good, a gas station and diner are nearby. The room was clean and comfy. Everything else was a standard. Staff is excellent.

United StatesHonestly there really wasn't anything that I did not like. Perhaps the only thing that I didn't like was the cost of the chips and sodas and whatnot as soon as you walk in next to the check-in desk Little pricey however I can understand and have no complaints really
The staff were exceptional, very courteous, and went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. I've been to other hotels with names that carry a lot of weight and yet the Holiday inn was one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel.
