We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesBreakfast was a confusing issue for us. We stayed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, and we thought a free breakfast was included, but we were told that we had to pay for us. Saturday morning we went elsewhere. Sunday I chose to eat at the hotel, but my wife decided not to try it. I still thought you had to pay for the meal, but a guest said it was included in our motel bill. Eventually, I did not have to shell out more money, but my wife didn't have the opportunity. We knew that no breakfast was available on Monday morning. The pool was not open due to renovations.
The location was good for our purposes. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were good, but we thought we needed to lay a towel down on the shower because the floor surface was somewhat slippery.

United StatesThe only thing I would complain about is that although I chose this place originally because it had a restaurant, when I arrived on Sunday evening (about 6:45pm) the restaurant was closed. I ordered food from Uber Eats.
This place has just been refurbished and probably remodeled. Everything is new and fresh!! No musty carpet odors, all new everything. The beds are super comfortable. The receptionist was so pleasant and helpful! The TV is set up to allow casting from your cell phone. I just can't say enough good things about this place. It doesn't look like much from the outside but just enter the building and you will be amazed!

United StatesThere was no hot warm and we wasn’t informed. At around 1:30am the fire alarm went off due to someone taking a hot shower so apparently some rooms did have hot water while others didn’t. The staff member stated the fire alarm going off was a common thing 🤦🏻♀️

United StatesTv acted weird, room phone was broken, room was uncleanly: found a used condom from previous guest in bathroom and there was hair in the ice bucket, kitchen/bar burnt my burger and didn’t even have lettuce in stock to make a salad. Breakfast was basic continental but had hovering staff to make sure everyone paid before even browsing options, making people feel like they were being stalked by shoplifting security.
Whirlpool tub in room was great and the bed was very comfortable. Day staff was overall nice as well as Operations Manager. Night staff and breakfast staff need training. They did give me accommodations for one night for poor overall experience.

When we arrived we were informed that it was hotel policy to have a card on file for no shows. We explained our reservation specified it wasn’t necessary but they gave away our room and left us homeless. Never again there!!!

United StatesOur room was on floor 1 in the basement down the hall from an open hallway to the bowels of the hotel basement. It did not make a good first impression and gave us the feeling we drew the short straw for room options due to a late arrival. Our room did have window to a rear parking lot and it smelled like it may have had the carpets cleaned at some point but was never dried or aired out so the smell was immediately noticeable and never went away. I paid the triple occupancy room rate and had to call repeatedly to the front desk on my cell phone to request additional towels as the phone in the room was also broken. Lastly the fright my daughter got from the large spider creeping along the floor was just the rotten cherry on top.
The lobby was clean and modern and it had a bar which is a great amenity
