Bad neighborhood. Homeless people in parking lot. People smoking weed constantly outside hotel. Dogs barking all night. Needs a good cleaning. Carpets were filthy (Inc in rooms). Damp smell in hallways.

Convenient location off the highway. Breakfast good. Staff great.

It was not as expected. Seemed clean, but the smoke smell made it seem as if it weren't. No elevator but luckily we didn't have much luggage.

The hotel seems to be an older hotel. When we arrived the grass was very over grown but was cut while we were staying there. The housekeeping staff was not very friendly. We requested more pillows at the beginning of our second day stay, which we never received.

Good location for our trip @ a good price. The commentary breakfast was a nice option. The front desk staff was nice.

Although my family and I enjoyed our stay, I would recommend cleaning the doors. They were dirty and with white everyone shows up. Otherwise, the rooms were clean

The facility is a little drab. The use of tans and browns makes the hotel and rooms seem dark. Beds are comfortable and the rooms were clean..

The hotel is very close to the airport and the restaurants in Florence. The facility is decent. It is a good value for an overnight stay waiting in an early flight.

There was a stain on the couch cushion and the tub faucet was coming loose from the grout. Also the comforter on bed was torn in places.

Sleeper sofa was only twin, mattress was worn and stained, no linens in the room for it. water stains in several places on the ceilings. comforter on bed was torn. Cushion on sofa was stained.

housekeeping could have came into our room the 2nd day we needed towels and garbage out came back from outing with friends to find they never came in that's why I rate the cleaning up as 1 I had to go to desk just to ask for housekeeping as I used to work at hotel I do know what should be done with stay overs got disappointed with that.

The mattress and linens were fine but one bed was creaky and made noise with every movement. We were expecting a pool only to learn it was in need of repair that would not be completed during our stay. The tub plumbing fixtures were in need of repair and the floor and baseboards were dirty around the edges and behind the door. There was a spider web behind the door and a shiny black water bug came to visit us one day. The room air conditioner was inefficient, running on high the entire time only kept the room tolerable.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were always made and fresh towels were provided each day. The breakfast area was kept clean and neat making it more appealing and there was a good variety to choose from. The location was very convenient, close to the highway and a grocery store next door.

When we pulled up to the property, it was sad sight. Grass is badly overgrown and the exterior paint is peeling. Rear back door had a broken lock. When we initially got our rooms, one room smelled like smoke. The front desk man helped us and apologized profusely and got us a new room.
