Bathroom sink didn’t work properly. Pool was a little too chlorinated. Breakfast wasn’t well stocked, not many options.

Room was fine. Shower left a lot to be desired. Don't know whether it was broke or designed that way. Very annoying. Maid service was poor. Easy check in and out. Nice people. Hallway carpet rather dirty.

The pool was supposed to be heated and the temp was cold enough for my grandson to turn almost blue. Went to work out none of the equipment worked( bike, elliptical, terd mill). People that didn't stay there taking up the only table leaving food all over the chairs and ground, told the day shift about it and they left it for Reba ( that's what we called her to clean it up. No tables in the rooms just a desk and 1 fold out for suitcases, broken desk chairs if you sat in them lean back you'd fall out. The ice machine on the 3rd floor broken, the snacks were out rageist( prices) and by Sunday hardly nothing left. The refrigerator in the room every time you opened it your stuff would fall out ( wobbled like missing leg.

1 of the staff on night shift that looks like Reba Mc was great friendly helpful the rest of the night shit was a bit to be desirable sleep in blankets where you eat hard to find. The cleaning girls were great everyday. Asked for 2 rooms together we had a party of 7 and they gave us a joining rooms.

Breakfast was just ok. There was no milk available for either coffee or cereal for breakfast and there was nobody to ask about it. Breakfast seemed to be an after thought. There were eggs and sausage but no biscuit to put the pre formed egg patty on. My husband ended up putting it between 2 sausage patties to eat it. My sister and daughter had no milk for cereal. The waffle was good. There were only a couple of yogurts in the fridge. Just lacked after an otherwise great stay.

I loved our room. The space was cozy and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Probably the best comfort in a hotel bed I have ever had. The front staff was warm and welcoming.

The fact there were people hanging around outside the front door just smoking weed. Also, if you were 1 minute late to get breakfast, they wouldn't let you touch nothing said breakfast was over at 10, but it was really 9.

Just me though but i could not get a good night sleep. Maybe just from sleeping in my bed verses sleeping in the bed at the hotel.

The location was super. Everything you need or looking for was right in a 5 to 10 minutes radius.

There was limited housekeeping services. Trash was left in our room on the floor. We had to continually ask front desk employee for toilet paper and washcloths.

Front desk attendant seemed away from desk frequently; several people lounging in small front lobby most of day which left me with an "unsafe feeling." Arriving back at hotel after 9pm no one was monitoring traffic in the hotel.

There was an insect (roach) in our room, and the coffee at 6 am. was lukewarm at best. To be fair, when we advised the front desk about the insect, it was removed, and our room exterminated.

The hotel was very clean and conveniently close to several restaurants and businesses. The breakfast starting at 6 am is a nice amenity.

Bed sheets was damp when I got into bed. Room had a slight odor.

Presentation of the room was great. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Continental breakfast was average.

The pool was filthy and had hair and many different things floating in it. The paint was chipping off, the water seemed discolored, and there were no pool towels in the pool towel rack. The second day we were there we heard from another guest that the management said they were cleaning the pool today. We found a rubber duck under one of our bedskirts indicating that housekeeping didn’t vacuum there. There was a couple hairs in random places in our bathroom. It was kind of a maze to get to the location as it was tucked away behind several businesses. Our GPS took us the wrong way a few times. The sign for the hotel was small, but once we drove there several times we knew when to turn and quit getting lost.

I liked the location of the hotel in relation to places to eat, fun things to do in the area. It was pretty central. The breakfast was good and well supplied.

Breakfast would have enjoyed some eggs, bacon, sausage. Rooms excellent location next to elevator. Beds were comfortable and QUEEN size choice was greatly appreciated!!! Nice sitting area for smokers or just sitting outside for a bit. Excellent location especially for meals and shopping.

Breakfast average could have used eggs, bacon or sausage. Pastry I got was old. Location was great so waited later for lunch to have a variety of places. Shopping nearby too. Wish I was offered rewards or information to sign up especially we stayed 5 days!!!

The room was not as clean as I expected it to be. The bathroom could stand a good scrub. The air conditioning in our room was broken and it was sweltering the next morning
