The indoor pool was freezing

The hotel was nice and clean and in the middle of restaurants and shopping centers. All in walking distance. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Basic painting upkeep. Pool area could use painting and concrete work. Breakfast area was adequate.....nothing fancy. Front smoking area near front doors not maintained well. Homeless person allowed to sit in lobby overnight.

The fact that they allowed a group of teenagers to wonder around the halls and the pool area. Someone must had a party planned there. However the kids were just hanging out and someone pulled the fire alarm and it went off until 3:00am. Even after the Fire Department left. The alarm continued to go off. The next morning we asked for a late checkout due to the fact that we go little to no rest and had a four and a half hour drive and was told no. Almost $800 for two rooms and was unable to rest on the second night. Then being told that there was nothing they could do far as refund or credits because I booked thru a third party. The alarm was pulled at 11pm and the only thing that was offered was to left that night.

Everything was good until the fire alarm went off and it was on for several hours. I ended up suffering from a extreme migraine.

The facility was fine. Room was good. The pool was fine my family enjoyed it. It was cold though.

The fire alarm went off consistently during our stay. The staff did not know how to shut off the alarm. The staff also did not address any of our concerns with the alarm. We did not know how to proceed once the initial alarm went off. The staff was just as confused as the guest. There was also a roach in the bathroom. The sheets had stains.

My family enjoyed the hours of the pool.

This was the perfect stay for my Birthday Weekend. The staff was very nice and the cleanliness of the room was great. I will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great except of the sink was dirty and also the shower water was cold after two minutes. When I checked in I ask the front desk clerk about the water temperature because I've seen other reviews with this same issue. She assured me that the water temperature was fine and shes never heard of the issue and have been working there for sometime. The reviews were correct and I don't understand why she didn't know. If they fixed that my experience would've been perfect! I hate cold showers

The pool water looked nasty, light brown. Holes all in the ceiling in pool area. The floors needed cleaning.

The air conditioning was weird to work with. The tv set up didn’t work and neither did the phone. Also, there was a lot of loud nose from teenagers in the lobby, the parking lot, and in the hallway and nobody did anything about it.

The bed was comfortable and my room was clean.

That I book a reservation there when it came time for me to check in it was a problem with there system the lady couldn’t login to give me a room I waited 45 minutes to a hour for a room other customer who came inside was just giving a key even though they book online and cause they knew that person they didn’t have to wait even though I booked as well

When we originally got there to check in we were given a key to a room that was already occupied..imagine three young ladies walking in on two men..yikes.. Then we got a free upgraded room which was not even half as clean as we thought. The shower had pink and blue hair dye splattered every where and alongside that was just dirty as hell. The room wasn't as clean either. Why did the ice bucket have dust on it?!? And alongside that the light fixture that was above the bar station was dusty as hell.Not only to mention my friend got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and said there was a baby roach on the floor .I thought we were sleeping somewhere nice and clean but turns out we weren't. If my money could be refunded at a percentage or even the whole amount I would take it.

Didn’t feel clean. Had a weird smell in the hallway. Also the hallway was leaking from the ceiling would like to blame it on the rain but I was on the first floor so I would assume it to be a plumbing issue. Bed was uncomfortable, bathroom was not cleaned very well.

The young lady at the front desk was less than pleasant but she was quick and efficient. As soon as I round the corner to the elevator I was met with 2 teenage boys riding skateboards in the hallway. There was an older couple with a bunch of bags laying around in the lobby from the time I checked in around 3:30 until I checked out just after 2am. There were kids running up and down the hallway until well after midnight. The toliet handle was broken, there were roaches in the bathroom, there was hair and stains on the sheets. I paid $138 for a room I didn’t spent 12 hours in.

The location was good. That is about the only positive thing I can say. I booked this hotel because of the good reviews but my experience was not that of many of the reviewers.
