The whole hotel needs a renovation, the rooms are claustrophobic, musty smell, old fashioned interior and super trashy looking from the outside. Small pillows and even though it was clean, it gave dirty vibes. The area is sketchy, would never walk around there.

they made me make a 150 deposit and i never got it back for no reason they said it would be refunded within seven days and i never received my money back, they scammed me for 150 extra dollars on top of my fee to stay for one night only. unacceptable, also they did not inform me of this until i was there.

I liked the room we stayed in it was pretty and very comfy. We felt right at home. I wish we could’ve stayed longer but we had family to see and a new camper to sleep in! But we will definitely be back when we are in the area

The area was a bit sketchy, thank God we didn't have any issues cause we didn't have any business in the surrounding area.

I was completely amazed on how clean the room was, and the sheets were very soft. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this hotel. Very close to the restaurant areas downtown and easy access to all other areas.

Being that I am from the country, the city life was a bit crazy for me so the noise was different.

Location was in a rough area. Coffee pot didn't work and even after I reported it nobody fixed it. The staff was also very hard to understand their english.

stayed in room 112 at the clarion pointe downtown. The bedspread and comforter was dirty it had multiple brownish stains, realizing this too late we had to sleep on top of the bed without any covers, resorting to using hoodies as blankets. Couldn't watch television because the TV was frozen on the clock screen.The coffee maker was not cleaned out and contained a bag from the previous guest. We went to the lobby for our included hot breakfast and we were met with overcooked scrambled eggs, greasy, rubbery sausages and soggy hash brown patties. the area is pretty rough and the surroundings of the apartment are covered with trash, construction blocks and chainlink fences, without exaggeration the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

As above, it was in an unsafe location, and I elected to leave.

I never stayed. I checked in, but elected not to stay, after I understood the location was not necessarily safe. The staff actually told me as much.

There was no hot water in the morning and an inconvenient hotel employee came to our door at around 10:40 to tell us about check out at 11 pm. Obviously I will not return to this hotel.

This seemed more like a motel but for the price and great service it was well worth the cost. It is in a really convenient location to downtown night life. I call it walking distance because I like to walk. It was about 14 minutes to all the bars and restaurants to walk. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The man at the counter was rude , to the point I won’t be staying again. the wifi didn’t work and the audio on the TV was broken . As a international traveller I’ve stayed at this location 3 times now and will be choosing another hotel next trip.

You need to use two remote controls simultaneously. One controls the Direct TV box, another controls the TV. Not very convenient.

I didn't care for the exterior door access to our room as it was raining and I currently have to use a cane because I have a fractured knee. Was worried about slipping on the wet outdoor corridor.

Room was very nice. Like that for the price we had a refrigerator and microwave included. Really didn't need the cushioned chair because it blocked access to the heater somewhat and made it a bit difficult to get to one side of the bed.
