There were no vending machines or little area near check-in to buy snacks. What coolers they did have were empty. There is a resturant as stated in the description, but it was closed. The guest laundry was just a washer/dryer set in a corner, and the washer was out of order.

It was decent enough place to stay if you just needed a bed for the night or two since it was located near restaurants, a Walgreens, and a Kroger

the hotel, elevator & especially the room was horribly nasty, dirty & we were afraid to sleep there. The staff at the front desk didn't even care when I mentioned that the carpet had something sticky on it & so did the bed. Staff didn't even ask if we wanted a different room.

The fact their was a 30 motorcycle even in parking lot with revving bikes and loud music. Ridiculous. Then the fact that when I checked in at 830 they still had to physically walk to my room to see if it was clean. The pool was closed, they gave me the wrong room number. Complete shit show.

The rooms were a little out dated, the pool and gym were permanently closed, the roof in the room where breakfast was served had a ceiling tile that fell and the ceiling was leaking. The pots and mattress covers they used to mop up the water were left there our entire stay. Breakfast was sub-par. Hardly any options.

The staff were all so kind and welcoming! They were probably the best part of our entire stay. Especially night shift. Those ladies were 10/10. The mattress seemed like it was relatively new.

Leftover trash from previous guest, mold on numerous objects in the bathroom, leaky toilet, clogged bathtub, mildew smell, random hairs in the shower. The only reason we stayed is because storm damage and no power at home. We needed warm showers and a good night's sleep.

They said they were fully booked for the next day but I went on booked.com and had an option to book the day the stay said they were full. I chose not to stay based on principle and chose to instead book with a more expensive competitor. And found I liked the competition better and will be staying with them from now on. So their ruse only lost them a once loyal customer. I am loyal always until a company gives me a reason to switch to a competitor. Never give a customer a reason.

I wished the indoor. Pool was working and since it was closed you couldn’t use the sauna or workout room bc they are only accessible through the pool room. I wished there was make up towels to use to remove make up also

The room had paint peeling of the ceiling and walls. The base board was peeling off. The lights were very dim and there was lights that had burned out bulbs. It is not near the Bruce convention center. The room was over priced for the quality.

The carpets are unbelievably filthy and this is the only way to describe them. We had a 2 year old with us and the bottom of her feet were black from walking on the carpets in a matter of moments. I would also recommend you take a look at the tile in your bathrooms. Cracking and has mold. Wondered how clean the tub really was, but grand daughter need bath, wasn’t going to put her in bed with filthy feet.

Previous reviews are 100% accurate. Staff is very friendly, beds are comfortable, carpets are filthy, if you request no room service/cleaning the first time, they do not return for your entire stay. Took out our own trash to where house keeping was putting theirs close to elevator. It stayed for 2 days there. Saving grace, beds were comfy and we new what to expect from previous reviews. Affordable place to sleep.

It seems well traveled so its as clean as it can be by those standards. But definitely could use some updates. Myself and several guests had to keep going down to the desk and have them fix our keys. It's just hard after a long day to make it to your room only to have to go downstairs again to fix the key. This happened to me everyday with handfuls of my stuff needing to b lugged back down as I was traveling alone. On the last day I had them do it before I went upstairs, then still had to play with the key several times to get in. It would unlock turn green and you'd hear it unlock but the door would not open. It also seemed like the workers had dealt with this all the time. So if it's that much of an issue I'd be recommending that it gets fixed asap. Also there was no working ice machine on my floor, went down 2 levels to get ice. These seem like small issues until you realize that the 2 things you need the most in a hotel (to get ice and get in ur room without incident) are where it's lacking. Other than that I would stay again as it's well appointed and near alot. But please get new room locks 🔒😩

It was well located and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Also very comfortable beds.
