it was late my one hotel that we were going to go to didn’t have hot water, there is cockroaches and also drug addicts that live there. So we changed our hotel after we got in. It was late-ish, when we arrived, there was nobody there except a machine that checked me in. I am new to this stuff… the day was fine. The people that were around seemed kind of sketchy. I had my kid with me or else. I normally wouldn’t care.

Refrigerator was left up so all our food froze and was unedible. Bathroom sink was super loud, even in the main space. Shower got cold randomly throughout but would get hot again. Every outlet in the room had things plugged into it, so the only thing to use were the outlets on the lamps. Bathroom door was either fully open or fully closed, didnt crack.

Nightlight in bathroom was great to see in the dark. Room was adequate size but not extra large. TV provided good service. Friendly check-in and out. Ample parking.

The blankets were a bit thin for winter & no heater in the room- just a sheet and a soft polyester bedspread on the bed. As the hotel was fully booked and an old building, there wasn't any hot water in the morning for a shower, so that was kind of annoying, but otherwise it was very clean & stocked as expected for an economy room. The advertisement thumbnail on Booking looks nothing like the room- it is definitely better quality in the picture than in reality.

Clean room & friendly staff. I accidentally left my wallet in my room when we had hurriedly checked out. When I realized it was gone ( thank goodness I was still in town:) I called, & the front desk ran down to my room and retrieved it for me. When I picked it up, it was fully intact & was locked up.

There was stuff on the carpet that obviously had not been vacuumed. The heater is VERY loud. Breakfast is marginal. I most likely won’t stay there again.

The heater was noisy, the mattress was not that comfortable, but I've come to expect that at a motel. The comforter was thin, so I had to keep the heat at a higher temperature than I would at home. Did I say the heater was noisy. But it was just one night.

It was quiet. Not many people there. But it is January. The staff was very nice and informative.

The location was very poor, it was difficult to get to and the parking area was excessively sloped witch made it difficult in the snow and ice which was present. It would be difficult for anyone of any age, but I am 78 so it was a dangerous situation

Overall, it was a good experience; The interior was nicely remodeled, and I had a clean and quiet room.

The value! The price per night was very good and the breakfast was good! The rooms were clean and quite comfortable.

The bathtub was clogged, and maintenance did not provide the service to unclog the tub. By the second day, the water was not draining and we were not able to continue using the shower.
