We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaWhen walking to room noticed alot of doors just didn't close right on rooms including ours seemed too small for locks to close proper. Very dated feeling in rooms, they are trying to update things but still a work in progress i guess. Pillows on beds are the size of throw pillows which is odd, I called down for more pillows and they did bring me some regular size ones (did take a long time for housekeeping to come) Security deposit is more then the room costs. Larger chain hotels down the road were only $50 for deposit and here it was $150 not a deal breaker just saying...
The price was reasonable for one night after our flight. Check in was easy. Bar and resrurant right on site and Speedway right beside. Loved they had direct TV in room way more channel choices then other hotels.

United StatesIt was so cold INSIDE the hallways,lobby, resturant, anywhere except inside my own room.I wanted to go into restaurant and eat so went down there and turned around went back in my room,with a winter coat on everyone was huddled and cold !If trying to cut costs, don't turn off the heat in the middle of February in Michigan!I will never stay there again due to that and I ask the front desk for a toothbrush.....they didn't have any !Every hotel has toothbrushes, but if needed he offered me toothpaste

Breakfast not as good as usual but we arrived early and some things weren’t ready. NIce to use glass dishes which were taken away by staff. We had dinner the night before and food was good but only one waiter and a lot of time he was out of site. Bathroom in front entrance was out of order and our room was way at the back. We had had a long travel time and wanted to use a bathroom but had to wait till we were checked in. Booked in Booking.com and price was higher at the hotel, even though I had my confirmation from Booking.com. Clerk told me to contact them.
