The double doors headed to the casino opens and you get the instant regret of the smell of ashtray and it just doesn't go away.. The Pub attached could close the doors so without a complete detox it had super smelled awful of the ashtray. The wait staff couldn't figure out that only certain steaks were available until 5. The soft drinks were fountain type and had absolutely no carbonated water in, but it was perfect for gin, rum, or whiskey but was horrible. The staff were drinking bottled Pop and you would think that they understood what you were complaining about! They encouraged you to get your own salad from the salad bar or they would have to get your dinner salad.. in which the side salad jumps in price to 9 dollars because there is cottage cheese, canned peaches, and canned chocolate pudding After the discussion about the steaks that were available and so I changed my steak selection and everyone's food arrived 15 minutes after 5.. and it was cold. That was 35 minutes after I had changed my order Getting back to our room we all smelled the ashtray all night. Showers didn't help..

Not sure if they wash the towels we don't use.
Absolutely loved this stay!! Everything from the bed and breakfast were amazing!! Staff is very friendly!! My kids loved it here and wanted to stay again!! We will definitely be back in the near future!!

Being part of a casino/resort, one would expect above-average choices when it comes to dining options but that's not the case... There is only a very basic 'sports-bar' available with an average food menu and the most limited wine list one could imagine.
The facility was not very busy during our stay and it was extremely quiet. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff is wonderful. Breakfast was basic but fine.

The smoke in the building made my eyes hurt.
There were 12 in our group and most of us ate 3 meals while there and they were all great.

Saying didn't like is too harsh. I'd rather say the things I wish were available, which are a hot tub and more available toppings for my waffle. I love chocolate syrup and whipped cream on my perfectly cooked waffles. When I travel is the only time I get waffles and I consider it a true treat with chocolate and whipped cream. I think kids would enjoy that as well.
I liked the pool, the breakfast and the people. The room was clean and comfortable. The cookies at the reception desk were delicious!

The breakfast was extremely carbohydrate heavy. The only protein option offered was scrambled and hard boiled eggs.
The staff was friendly allowing our family to use the breakfast room to gather and play games in the evening. The breakfast was satisfactory. The staff member attending to the breakfast room was very friendly and on top of things. She kept things well stocked and clean. Everything was clean and our room was nice sized and comfortable.

The bed. The mattress seemed to be lower in the middle. Also the shower head was almost too powerful.
The staff was very nice, especially the lady who kept the breakfast area going, and the maintenance man who did our check-in. The room was large and very comfortable with lots of storage and lots of clothes hangers. Also lots of towels!

There was a lightbulb out in our room. There was a stale cigarette smoke smell in the lobby coming from the casino.
Breakfast was great! Bed was comfy!
