Sorry I put what I didn’t like in the wrong space. I loved the friendly staff and the hotel was clean and quiet.
I didn’t like the breakfast maybe try a better brand of sausage and make sure waffle mix always fresh don’t cut corners for cost. Also maybe have fresh pastry from a local bakery delivered daily. Lastly the orange juice use a better quality brand and make sure it’s fresh at least upgrade something to make the continental breakfast better.

small blue pill on bathroom floor upon arrival, on further investigation to find out what type of pill it was, found out it was an OxyContin, flushed it immediately, I guess I’m just glad I didn’t have any young children with me. it took me a matter of seconds to see pill on bathroom floor, just wondering why it wasn’t found with housekeeping prior to our arrival

Young man checking us in on Friday didn't seem very happy, but was all business. Also, the hallway was freezing. Makes it a bit uncomfortable for those of us who are more chilly than hot and going to and from the pool. BRRR!!! We also noticed the shower basin had a crack in it which could cause some water damage underneath. Not sure if my husband told the front desk or not.
We prefer to stay at Cobblestone due to it's cleanliness and strict non-smoking policy. Love that there is breakfast offered too. We also really enjoyed the disability room with walk-in shower. So helpful. We have made future reservations and Katie was so helpful and sweet. Customer Service is huge to me so that is what brings us back as we have more trips to make during hunting season.

There was a little warm water for the shower on Friday am and NO hot water for the shower on Sunday at 7 am. The night clerk who signed me in never had me fill anything out, so if there had been an emergency no one knew I was in the room (said the morning clerk ). Also when i called(having left two things in the room) And having described what they were, the only message left for house keeping was my name and number. When I called the second time(day shift). The lady clerk ran down to house keeping and found my items; she said they would be mailed to me. A third call (a week later) the items were still on the managers desk. I received my items this week and I AmMost GRAtEFul. That mornin clerk was most excellent. Thank you

The person at the front desk was extremely rude. Did not tell us about breakfast in the morning, did not tell us about the internet. Literally took a highlighter and ran over a couple pieces of paper and then said sign here and was very condescending. They should not work in the service industry.
We liked the rooms. We also liked the location. That was about it.

The regional manager is the rudest person I’ve ever met. We had a misunderstanding of I paid for 3 course meal and the hotel didn’t offer but booking.com charged. When we couldn’t agree she chased me out and called the police. She told me she’s cancelling my booking right away. I’ve never ever been mistreated like that.
