We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesRoom was VERY humid. They ran out of key cards so we did not have a key to our room!! Staff had to let us in. Next time they are running low they should limit the number of keys given as we were told some people ahead of us wanted 2-3 keys per room.

United StatesThis second time staying, there were computer issues and somehow we were given a key to a room that supposedly had my name on it, but it was very much occupied by another individual. Thankfully no one appeared to be there. We backed out of there quickly and the front desk person set up another room for us but double checked that it wasn’t occupied before giving us the key. Also, the first room was not the type of room we paid for. It was fixed in the end, but it appalls me a bit to think that a person’s security could be so unsecured that someone could be given a key to your room. Or if someone had been in the room, what might they have done to us for opening their door?!
We have stayed there before and LOVE that there is a room that is separate from the living, kitchen and bathroom. It is handy when you have kids! The facility looks nice and is kept up in appearance and seems clean.
