Many choices for breakfast including waffles, eggs, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, toast, cereal, etc. Rooms were spacious, clean and fully equipped including with good alarm clocks that have USB ports and plenty of plugs. They have an onsite bar and a nice lounge area. They are right near the highway but we didn't have any highway noise. They had filtered water available. Lots of towels in the room. Good tea and coffee in the room. A step above what you expect at this level hotel.

The bed was comfortable, and the fridge kept drinks nice and cold. The hotel is next door to a gas station which made it convenient for early morning coffee and fuel before getting onto the expressway.

That it allows pets.
It was for only 1 nite but the staff were pleasant. The facilities were clean... It's a small town but the front desk woman was able to recommend a couple restaurants for dinner

Altamont is very small. There were few eating options. However, the town is very clean and neat.
Great bathroom with walk-in shower. Very roomy! did not eat breakfast there, but it was offered and it smelled very good.

Can't think of anything I would knit pick on
Very clean very good price quiet location friendly staff hidden gem. I was thoroughly shocked I didn't except it to be that clean and comfy along with a pleasant smell. Had a great breakfast very kind and friendly staff. Best of all the price was $104 on a Friday night and they have a little 3 slot machine room on first floor that I won $72 so basically this was a steal. They have a nice quiet outdoor patio for breakfast. I would stay here again without a doubt

I had saved & discussed with staff upon arrival that I needed a disability room with grab bars in the bathroom. I didn't notice until after settling into my room & returning from dinner that my bathroom did NOT have grab bars. I had used the high toilet, so subconsciously, it never registered that it wasn't the room I had requested. I called the front desk to report the issue. The staff reviewed my account & stated, "Yes, I was in a standard king room." I decided not to move as I was all unpacked. Upon checkout the next morning, I learned from staff that my room was a hearing impaired disability room, which did not apply to my arthritis disability. My suggestion: upon reserving a room online, there should be a list of disability room features, one of which folks could choose. This could better match up a person's disability with a room. In the many years I've needed a disability room for my arthritis, this was the 1st time I was assigned a room without grab bars. In the future, I'll be checking for grab bars prior to unpacking & settling in.
Cleanliness, very comfortable bed & linens, and excellent breakfast.

There is nothing that I didn't like.
This place is exceptional! Very clean all the way down to the elevator. They always have coffee and good creamer. Super nice and helpful also!! The room was quiet and the bed and pillows were comfy.

I'm not a fan of this "maid service only upon request" model that seems to be the latest hotel fad, so it was quite disappointing to come back to the room to find unmade beds and dirty towels still in the bathroom.
