We stayed in the B property. Only minus was the place had a musty smell to it I didn’t like, so had to buy a couple candles to burn while there. Place was clean but could have used more cleaning to kitchen appliances and doors as they looked smudged. I cleaned handles with clorax wipes (door handles too) to disinfect. The bed was comfortable but the sheets/bedding looked old and very thin. I noticed discoloration stains on the sheets but I knew they were clean. Pillows should be replaced as they are so flat. The twin beds in other bedroom could be replaced as they are old spring mattresses and not sure how comfortable they’d be. Living room couch is not too comfortable and squeaky. Only bathroom is very small and dated and mirror is too high that you can’t see yourself unless you are very tall. It could use hooks on the wall for placing clothes, etc while showering too. Fortunately bedrooms had dressers with mirrors so you could dry your hair but not that many wall plugs in either room to plug things in. Glad I travel with an extension cord. There is no place on night tables to plug in your phones. Attention to detail on things for customer convenience makes a big difference. Washer and dryer didn’t work but manager was very nice and paid for us to take clothes to a laundromat.

Property is within a short walk to the beach and to area places to eat. Property owner was very nice and helpful.

Nothing to raise as we have no issues.

The host lives adjacent with shared covered car port and was always available to assist with any issues. Their were beach chairs,surf boards and childrens buckets and spades for the beach which was only 2 blocks away. Their was a local bar called Johnathans which was a locals bar with live music each week end. Also. couple of restaurants 100yds away. Plus some other a short walk from the property One of which is called Coconuts on the Beach and was busy but food good.. There is a state park called Lori Wilson 5 minutes drive which has free parking all day, with showers etc. other access points to the beach along N. Atlantic Blvd charge $5.00 per hour and has to be paid using an app.

The host, Kirk, is very helpful he replies quickly to emails. The location is a walking 3 minutes to a beach entry. The kitchen is very well stocked, coffee & tea. There is everything you will need for a comfortable beach vacation. he host, Kirk is extremely accommodating, suggesting where to eat and, the beach location, even left us a note to catch a launch. The location is excellent, close to the beach and all that Cocoa Beach town can offer; the kitchen is very well stocked, and beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas are available as well. I loved the house and how comfortable we felt when we walked in. Mr. Kirk was an excellent host and very informative about the attractions around Cocoa Beach. We will definitely be coming back and hopefully renting out his property!!

There was nothing we truly didn't like! For the apartment Kirk has to offer it gives ALL the privacy and amenities needed for peace to slow down life to enjoy the serene beauty of Cocoa Beach! 💥💯

Kirk was the perfect host for our vacation. His ability to really care about us as visitors to his property making sure we had all & more to make it a very enjoyable stay for the week at Cocoa Beach! Kirk goes over & beyond the call to service in the apartment to make a beach stay more enjoyable is truly commendable indeed! Kirk was absolutely amazing host. Very friendly, patient, and helpful. The house was clean and tidy. All appliances and electronic devices worked properly. The house is in walking distance from the beach which is very convenient. Also, there are planty of restaurants, shops, pubs, and fast foods around the house. This is a perfect choice if you want to visit Orlando amusement parks as well as Kennedy Space Center. The near beach is clean and sandy.

There was nothing to dislike for me, no doubt it won't suit everyone but for the 5 nights we stayed it was perfect for us.

Comfy little place in a good location, Had everything we needed, and even had beach accessories that we could use, our 2 kids we delighted with them, Kirk was a gentleman and I would definitely recommend this place.
