Parking is horrible when your coming in later at night. They share a parking lot with another hotel. There needs to be more parking spaces available.

The location is great. Bass pro and grapevine mills mall is literally a straight shot and right there, also chris the manager was amazing at splitting out bill. The lady at the front desk told us we couldn't do that but Chris popped up and split it without any issues. Definitely if there is any issue ask for chris the manager.

They treated us so well, when we needed something they helped us. Good location and comfortable room and bathroom.

That we had to keep asking for towels every single day and there was never any available for guests. Also had to keep asking for toilet paper and kleenex and essentials.

The breakfast was ok. I feel like a few more available options would be nice. I think coffee and tea should be available longer throughout the day.

Breakfast was a little lacking. No protein until breakfast was almost over. AC unit in room 423 did not cool the suite. A suite was for atleast 4 people we had 3 towels and had to go get more.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t change the length of stay. I needed to drop the last day and they wouldn’t refund me. Also a problem with booking.com. I booked through them and there was no refund. 😡

Lighting in hotels is always dim, here wasn't any different so I'm starting to think bringing extra lights to do makeup before going out would be beneficial but I really don't have anything bad to say.

Loved the spa tub in the room and the breakfast was good too! Also, enjoyed having a fridge and microwave and sofa in the room, we had a single King room.

Someone else got locked out (not us). The staff was very helpful, BUT they couldn't get the door open and management/maintenance didn't want to help out until 24hours later (the next night). They received horrible service and weren't compensated.

In-room spa tub was a nice bonus. The addition of a shower as well was nice so that you can properly clean up after the tub. Room was big and had a nice kitchenette area.

The sink in our bathroom was somewhat clogged so it took a minute to drain.

The breakfast was good. My daughter loved the toast and my mother enjoyed the sausages.

The area where the hotel is located is not the best, but the hotel is nice.

It was clean, good breakfast with biscuits, eggs and gravy, the normal continental, fruit, juices, cereal. Nice and friendly staff.

This was a great hotel. For the money, I was not expecting the cleanliness that we got. The floors the sheets and pillows were all very clean. People working there were very friendly and professional. Also, (I came back to say this) everything that was supposed to work, worked: the jacuzzi tub (thanks, that was nice), the ice machines, the fridge, the a/c, everything was working. Also, the breakfast was big. Not a continental cereal bar. Waffle maker and fresh fruit, nice!

The hotel was nice. The bed pillows were not comfortable. The tv was a little large for the bed space. Made it hard to sleep with the tv on. The bath tub was huge and had jets, very nice.

A male staff member (maybe cleaning staff) entered our room without announcing himself first.

The bed was very comfortable. The garden tub and separate shower were a pleasant surprise. Very close to Grapevine Mills.

I had some issues with the shuttle service. I waited over an hour at the airport for a pickup and had to call at least 3 times before it came. The morning shuttles from the hotel to the conference hotel generally went smoothly but each evening, my wait time was between 40 minutes and 1 1/2 hours. It was very tiring after a long day, given that the hotel was 10 minutes away. On a couple occasions, I had to Uber back.

The room size allowed.me the freedom to alternate between the bed and the sofa so I didn't feel confined. Breakfast consisted of hot items which varied each day, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and tea, coffee or juice. The location was ideally situated between my conference hotel and the Grapevine Mills Mall.

The housekeeping staff spoke no English at all and we couldn't communicate.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was nice, even though the jacuzzi didn't work.
