Room and bathroom was extremely old. Humidity/Smell in the room, not properly cleaned. Not comfortable at all.

The restroom sink appeared to be clogged water did not go straight down the Jets in the jacuzzi tub could use some cleaning and looks like housekeeping forgot a FaceTime that was hanging on the shower rod clearly used with a pubic hair on it

The front desk clerk,Shea was very nice. She did everything to make sure we had a good stay. The room was clean, the pool was very clean.

The water pressure was too high and the ice machine wasn't on my floor so I had to keep going downstairs for an ice machine that barely worked. The ac didn't get as cold as I would have liked.

The beds were not very comfortable and needed maybe some memory foam padding. Also, breakfast was between 6 and 9 am and needs to be extended to 10 am. Cable television did not leave much to choose from.

The hot water was not very hot. The dirty sock from the previous guest had been left in the bed—the carpet leading to elevators was wet in the main lobby.

On a positive note, we were very happy with the wheelchair space available in the room and bathroom. We were very impressed with the roll in shower floor, the bench.

The only thing that sticks out is the walls in the hallways. Looks like there might have been a major leak and the wallpaper has not been fixed. So looks bad when you walk through the hallways.

The pool was a bit dirty with trash and leaves. It would’ve been nice if there had been a net available we wouldn’t have minded scooping it out instead of having to do it by hand so the kids could enjoy it. Elevator also made a horrible noise when it reached the top floor which scared our youngest kid.

Facilities were overall very nice. Staff was friendly.

The poor desk clerk had a computer issue with the first guest, causing a line of people waiting for at least 30 mins to get checked in at 10:30 pm. The clerk apologized but there didn’t appear to be anyone available, even by phone to assist. Also, earlier in the day, I called three times to verify that the shuttle could pick us up and no one answered the phone.

N/A. We have no dislikes about this property. It’s a great place.

We’ve stayed here a few times and each time we love it. This time it was still too chilly to swim, but previously we’ve enjoyed the pool. Our room is always cleaned and comfortable. Breakfast is good, and overall the staff is very friendly. We already have our next trip planned and booked our room here.

The room had an odor that couldn’t be removed. The pool was closed and that was one of the main reasons we stayed in a hotel. Elevators were dirty. Furniture in lobby areas was torn and in need of replacement. Couch in the room was stained.

Sheets had hair in them like they weren't changed from previous guests. Could not use pull out bed as mattress had some strange dark stains on it. There was something dark splattered on the wall. Had to rinse out the bathtub before we used it because there was particles in it. Mold growing on bathroom ceiling. Had to muscle up on the door to get it to open. Room could not be changed as they said it was the last one available. No discount was offered for any of the mess

Free breakfast was great. Stations were clean and someone was always making sure nothing ran out. Didn't really hear other guests even though we were the first room by the lobby.

Everything was in disrepair ...... entry door, furniture, lighting, shower ..... only one towel, no washcloths, one hand towel in the room. ...... No housekeeping service during the stay ..... breakfast food was not editable ..... went to a nearby cafe instead. Policies of this hotel were all oriented toward nickel and dime against guests; even an extra early check-out fee if you checked out in advance of your reservation. Required payment of the entire reservation on check-in, along with an additional damage deposit!
