One thing I did not like was that I couldn't stay longer.

I can not say enough. The first night was hectic trying to find parking. The staff took care of us like we were family. All weekend was great.

The lady who worked in the kitchen attitude was horrible. I am a vegan and I asked her if there was milk in her product and she did not know I asked the ingredient she would not let me see the gradients on the package. She asked me to step her office, and then she will go check again and help me at first she told me that she make it from scratch like which one is it lady. The shower wasn’t working so they had to come and replace that the tub was dirty so they came and cleaned that and then they just ended up moving us into another room. That part was nice and I do appreciate that the concierge both of the ladies were nice I appreciate that. They were patient and helpful. I do appreciate that.

where do i start 1st they changed my reservation without notifying before arrival . 2nd ac in our room didnt work properly after notifying them i ended up having to find maintenance myself he kindly made it work as good as it would work, so very uncomfortable sleeping with a half busted ac. 3rd wife bought some snacks and paid with her card and they charged it to our room as well so instead of 16$ worth of chips and ice cream for kids we paid 32$. still waiting to see if they refund MY CARD they charge it to as well. Overall i will not stay there again. just the change of my reservations was enough for me .

Everything was great and I don't have any complaints other than needing an emergency sewing kit and the facility didn't have one, but that wasn't their fault. Just something to consider in the future.

The room was great and had lots of room for 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and we rested well. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were nice and easy to talk to.

House phone line didn't work. Shower switch (so water goes from bath spigot to shower spigot) was broken so water came out half from shower, half from bath. Breakfast could have used at least one more hot item like eggs or bacon. Only had biscuits and gravy. I had to wait over 30 minutes to get a shuttle ride to airport even though the shuttle was near the hotel. Receptionist had to call the driver 2 times before he came to pick me up.

Easy check in process. Large rooms. Comfortable bed. Clean overall. Soft bath towels. Free Wifi.

The breakfast was mediocre at best and the area was very noisy. Kids had a hard time falling asleep due to the loud music outside our window. It was never addressed.

Our room had an extra room for the kids to sleep in with an adjoining door. Facilities were decent but you could see the simple "wear and tear" of the room. The beds were still very comfortable and the location was good.

This hotel is near the Gaylord which is where we were visiting so it's in a great location. Good food nearby as well. Breakfast was good. Kids had waffles and juice with cereal. Adults had eggs, yogurt, sausage and coffee. Everything was clean and well stocked. Employees accommodate very well. We needed extra towels, tp, spoons, and blankets for sofa bed. Big plus was that the Christmas tree was up in the lobby.

The inside of the lobby needs to be a little updated. The furniture was starting to shed/fall apart.

The continental breakfast was great! The only downside was that there weren’t omelettes on both days.

Bedding was terribly stained, ripped, and smelled. The fridge was dirty; there was mold in the freezer portion. The fridge and sink leaked. The shower didn’t drain well. The floor was very stained. Overall, the room didn’t feel clean or worth what we paid.

The staff are unprofessional, I asked for tash bags, and the receptionist said if I want trash bags I have to get down and pick it up from the front office, otherwise no trash bags and he doesn't care about the cleanness of our room, that was so rude and unpeofessional

The staff are not helpful and not willing to help, we have been told the breakfast is From 7to 10 am, we were there by 9 and no breakfast, and no one is willing to help with the breakfast, the lady in the kitchen closed the door on us and the receptionist ignored us totally,most probably not going to be on Comfort suite anymore, neither me no my family and friends

It's listed that there is a spa tub in the room here, but we just got a normal bathroom. Last time there was one, but they don't have it in every room like the listing implies. There is no way to make sure you will get the room with a spa tub so reserve at your own risk. That was the only thing this hotel had going for it vs neighboring hotels which have better breakfast and update rooms.

Didn't get a receipt when I asked. Didn't get the correct room I paid for. Ice machines didn't work; staff was lack-luster.

There were several needs in our room needing maintenance. Toilet loose, shower rod was loose and would not hold curtain correctly and allowed water to go everywhere in the bathroom. Water damage, possible mold on wall in bathroom. No room cleaning during stay, 3 days. Had to ask for bathroom linens 2 days, front desk lady was more interested in her cell phone than waiting on me at the counter.

The customer service sucked. As soon as we got there to check in the guy didn't know how to talk to people right. He made thing's confrontational and complicated. Also after finally getting our room taken care of. He had double charged us for the room. Mind you we are on vacation and that took over half our funds. I went to talk to him about double charging and he proceeded to act like the double charge was normal and we wouldn't get our money back till our trip was over. If that really is the process of getting a room there then that should be explain before check in.
