Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Even with all of the fans running, the room always felt stuffy and damp. Heavy smell of pot in halls and on elevator.
Breakfast was excellent. Hot tub and pool were clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Booking.com was terrible. The hotel never received the booking and I had to the hotel directly. Still waiting for a refund. I will not be using booking.com again

Overall I was happy with my stay but the neighbors were very noisy coming and going all night long. Was hard to sleep. But that wasn't the hotels fault.
The breakfast was fine, but I didn't eat it much.

Currently, there is a lot of construction going on near the hotel. It’s not noisy but a little more traffic than normal in the area.
The location was perfect for our needs. The facility is clean. Free parking and Wifi. The best of all is the breakfast. It’s really good.

The staff was very helpful. I was visiting from out of town and they gave me great suggestions on where to eat and if I had a question they were very helpful. Mr Padilla at the front desk was a absolute charm! I will return!

The regular coffee in the breakfast area was really bitter but the decaf seemed fine. Maybe the ratio of coffee to water was off.
It was in North Boulder so unless you bike you will need a car to get around. The hotel has recently been given a facelift. Our room was clean and the windows actually open! The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was okay. I have to say the room coffee was better than the lobby but it was just fine. Down the street on Broadway is a place called Lucky's Market. There is a cafe called Lucky's Cafe, don't miss it! We ate there 2 out of 3 mornings!

Location.
The motel was clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast was good compared to other cookie cutter motels. I continue to struggle finding a motel that attempts to provide more options for vegans. The location was not convenient. Thus, paying over 200.00 seems quite high in my option.

Accommodation, front desk (Bridget) so friendly and helpful, breakfast and breakfast staff, pool, hot tub, location close to Pearl Street, Chataqua and all Boulder has to offer. Easy trip to Estes Park as well!

We’ve stayed here before in upstairs rooms that were pleasant. This time we were on first floor and disappointed: small dreary bathroom. Insufficient lighting.

Limited wi-fi...so if the internet is important to you, just a warning.
My room was great - with a sofa (bed) living room area, all of the amenities, plus an excellent breakfast which included several hot options (eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, oat meal & waffle stations). The bed was super comfortable, the location easy to find and quiet. Best value for the money in this neighborhood that I could find!

The light on the porch would not turn off. Every light outside was on. I have trouble sleeping with light coming in the window. plus, it would have been nice to leave the curtains open in the morning and wake up to the beautiful view of the mountains. Also, the air conditioner was very loud and when it keeps kicking in throughout the night its hard to sleep. Overall, I just couldn't sleep. I had a long drive the next day so that made everything difficult.
location was great. Easy to get to everything we needed. we only stayed one night while looking at CU boulder. If we would have stayed longer I would have loved having the nice kitchenette set up. beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming!

There was no light over the kitchenette so you would have to turn on all the lamps in the room or open up the curtains, or in my case, got out of flashlight.
