We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe were put on the second floor looking at the tiki bars roof. We later were moved. Then at check out they used my debit card to pay the remainder of the bill without my permission. I'm not happy that they were able to do that. I'm on disability and have limited funds on my debit card. I had every intention paying my balance with cash. This want happen again because I will book somewhere else next trip.

United StatesI enjoyed my stay overall. There were a lot of pools and good drinks! I can say the room wasn’t as updated as the pictures made it seem. The bathrooms and tubs are definitely in need of a makeover. The hot tubs didn’t work. You either got one working jets and cold water or the other way around. Apparently they have a breakfast package but even if you don’t have it which we didn’t it’s only $12. One plate was enough for my bf and I to share. The food was decent. The hotel was less than 20 min drive to the boardwalk and we had an oceanfront room. We only paid a little less than 400 for a 3 night stay so it you get what u pay for but it definitely wasn’t a bad experience and overall I’d probably go back.

Liked the balcony and the room size. The room wasn't as clean as we felt it should be. We did little bit of sanitizing and cleaning are self. Found some type of small bug in the room and went through it well before bringing our luggage in. Overall it wasn't terribly bad. Just could be alot cleaner than it was for the amount ya pay to stay.

Seems like that end is not the happening spot anymore and things like attraction n amusement Park- Funplex has been added near boardwalk that draws people to that area rather than this area where Family Kingdom is. Family kingdom was dead during my stay. Nothing else to walk to. Elevator 3 stayed off during my 4 day stay until Sunday. The waits were long. Ice maker didn't work took 3 days to get someone to fix. Didn't like the full size beds think they should atleast provide queens.
Liked restaurants being onsite. Breakfast buffet was way more than we expected and so affordable. I LOVED the wrist band keys!!! That was ingenious!!! No more keeping key card away from electronics or fumbling for them in purses n etc!! We wore our wristbands all day and night because they are waterproof so need to take off not even to shower!!! Best thing ever. Kitchen was fully stocked.

United StatesIce machine was broken, a/c in the room kept it manageable but not as cool as it should, room wasn’t ready by check-in time so it took them a while to find a room that was, hot tubs felt like warm bath water, could barely open the balcony door without busting a blood vessel due to corrosion from the salt air over time.

United StatesThe people…. The first few days all the activities at the resort were slammed full! Pools, lazy river, hot tubs, grills… full of people. I know I didn’t book a private place but I didn’t realize it was so big. There’s a legit reason for the amount of things they have there. they have to have it to try to fit everyone.
Everything! Could use a little facelift but all in all was clean and well kept! The room was very spacious for our family of 5 and of course the view was great!
