We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IrelandI arrived at hotel having ordered a room with a strip view. I didn't get one on arrival and went back to reception to query. First of all they said I wasn't guaranteed a strip view despite paying extra for it. I has to go down reception the next morning to change room and check if if one was available. They advised the previous night they couldn't contact me if one became available. After 18hrs of travelling truely terrible experience to arrive to. Definitely not the service you expect from a 5 star hotel

United StatesI would say however the valet takes a lot longer than usual even on the non busiest days, bellman also takes a while. it isn’t as efficient as the hotel lux hotels and honestly waiting for your car over 15 minutes is crazy cause self parking would take the same amount of time to walk.

United Arab EmiratesActually, I don’t know where to start! i am a professional hotelier and know what i review means! i will try to be objective and provide a constructive one! It took us (me and my wife) 30 min to check-in. the lady at the reception was very arrogant and could not help in anything! she even told us “we are in partnership with Hilton and this is not a Hilton hotel! “ Wow , a staff to say this to a guest who just checked in and doesn’t care who own or manage this property! what a surprise to start with! I could not check in online neither get the mobile key. i finished the reception check in and I went to the room but the other surprise was that our room number doesn’t exist in the floor signage! it took us 30 min to locate it without any assistance from the staff, when we asked one of the concierge or guest service agent his answer was i cannot leave my desk! inside the room no coffee, no water and no housekeeping neither room service in the hotel cannot be contacted, all what you get is a unhelpful auto answering machine that doesn’t provide a y answer. You cant find any staff to ask question and if you find, he will ignore you. Location too far from the center of the city, staff has no hospitality ethics , service awful. i can sum it up that this is the worst stay i have ever been in a hotel or Hilton! Given the above experience , i doubt that someone will care or make an effort to answer me!

United StatesThe only bad experience we had was at restaurant FUHU that was within the resort. We had ordered a tomahawk steak that was filled with fat and had an unpleasant odor that no one could eat. You would expect better from a restaurant like FUHU. I will never go back to that restaurant.
We liked the Conrad hotel. It was very modern , spacious room and the bed was very comfortable . This resort offers everything to have a great time, you don’t have to leave the resort at all.
