Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe dining options are extremely limited for such a new hotel. We ate most of our meals at the Wynn and Encore across the way. We did eat at Wally on property trice out of convenience, which was fine, however we ate at the Mexican restaurant as well Viva I believe, and the food was terrible. The only thing that really bothered me was no room service, your only option is grub hub which i didn't like at all. I love room service when i am on vacation. Also, when we arrived someone's cut toenail clippings where on our carpet and no vacuumed up which gave me a very bad taste in my mouth when we arrived.
I liked the casino floor, very clean and spacious. The room had a nice view and was spacious. For a busy weekend it was ok, for the price point.

HungaryI will not give lower assessment than 8.0 to this hotel, because it is a really good one. However, on booking.com the rooms are advertised as having a kitchen (with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) so we booked the room accordingly. However, when we arrived it turned out that they do not have any room with kitchen. I called the customer service of booking.com and they contacted the hotel, but finally I did not get any reply, any feedback, any compensation about advertising the room with false information. Same thing happened with parking fee: on booking.com it is stated that it is USD 10 per day, but in reality it is USD 18 per entry! Not exactly the same... So even if it is a really good hotel, they should pay more attention on displaying appropriate information and even more attention on guest realations. A customer who has a legitimate complaint should be treated right or at least should get a reply.
This hotel is quite new with really spacious rooms and great location. It is not exactly central, but you can reach everything quite easily. There are a lot of restaurants on site.

United StatesResort World is a little far from 'the action" of the main Strip, but with the opening of the new Fontainebleau, this end of the Strip is now filled with high-end properties to visit.
We stayed one night at the Conrad Hilton. We were upgraded for no charge upon checking in. The view from the 58th floor was beautiful. The room was large with a comfortable seating area and a very large bathroom with a nice shower. The room was very clean. The bed, linens and pillows were exceptionally comfortable and the bath products were nice. The room was bright and the condition of the furniture was very good. There was a fridge in the room. We enjoyed the Famous Food Street for selection and Junior's has very good cheesecake. Lots of high-end restaurants. Also close to Peppermill restaurant and Tacos el Gordo off site. This was our first stay here and I would recommend it.

United StatesI was extremely angry when I got to my room because when booked this room on booking.com it said this room had a microwave. That is the only reason I chose to stay here. I need to warm up a medication daily. Or I would have stayed at VDara like I usually do, which is mid strip. I did not look at the Conrad website to double check because I have never had this happen before. I travel extensively. Don’t you think if your hotel is listed then the room description should be accurate? This is bookings fault but someone at your hotel should check these things. On top of this, when I got there, the nice young man at the front desk told me he upgraded me to a strip view room. That was a joke when I walked into my room and saw that my strip view was of Circus circus!! Really???? Also, one day of my stay we were out from 9am to 10pm at night and our room was not cleaned.
In my opinion it was the best hotel on the strip. It is modern and the rooms were spacious.

AngolaSecurity in our room, we came one day back late afternoon to our room, the room was not cleaned and we found a half emptied bottle of vodka in our room which we did not consume. Coincidentally the same day the minibar staff came to refill the bar something that had not happened during 3 days. The cleaning lady we found near to our room who had not yet cleaned our room said she had entered our room and seen the bottle but concluded it was ours. Since we felt that if these things can happen in a hotel of this level anything could happen so decided to report this to the front desk manager “Shaun”. After leaving me wait for 20 mins he said he could do nothing and just inform security to inform. We have not heard anything back, no apologies, nothing at all. So although the hotel was good this left us with a bad taste of how they manage this hotel.

United StatesWhen checking out, realized they charged us for the mini bar because we opened the fridge/picked up something for maybe 2 seconds (warning is for 30secs). Also, salon charged me extra without warning.
There are lots of options for food & the location makes for less noise than if you were in the middle of the strip. Rooms were a good size & comfortable.

United StatesThe hotel was kind of far from the main strip; we definitely needed a taxi since we had lunch reservations, but we were able to walk back. The hotel just seemed very cold. The self parking was $35 even though online it made it seem like it was cheaper.
I liked that it was a brand new hotel. The food court looked good even though we didn't eat there. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and clean. The location was ok since it was walking distance from the Stratosphere, which we had reservations.
