The hotel is at the end of the strip away from everything. They make it impossible to get an Uber. You have to walk 10min through the mall and out of the hotel around the side of resort to go to the Uber pick up loop. Because this resort is not near anything and they have made it so difficult to get an Uber or Lyft, we will never stay here again. The pool area is not good. Tiny pools and you cant use some of them if you aren't in certain towers. Pool bar and food is good Pillows are firm down and that is all they had. Rock hard and uncomfortable.

The resort is huge and self contained. Has everything you could need. Food, mall, gambling, spa, gym

Went to check in at 5pm and told that my reservation was moved to "Crockfords" luxury accommodations on the same property. I was ushered to the Crockfords exclusive lounge and check in desk and was told that my room was not ready. After waiting 2 hours and asking twice, I was told that my room was ready.

Given an upgrade to an incredible suite after having to wait 2 hours for my room to be ready. They MORE than made up for the minor inconvenience. The food options on the main floor were plentiful.

Nothing to complain about whatsoever, most annoying think I guess is more of a vegas thing - no direct uber pick-up at the hotel entrance.

Amazing suite, great view & really solid amenities in the room! For a room this size, the pricing is also okay - of course could always be better but compared to such rooms in other hotels in & outside Vegas - this is great value!

In the room there were so many things with lights at night I had to unplug the clock , cover the power button just beside the bed with that annoying blue light

Rooms aren’t cleaned everyday. Contacted guest services a number of times to arrange late check out and given differing answers each time.

Very luxurious feel to the hotel and the room. Good quality bedsheets. The pool is fantastic.

i stayed twice at this hotel within the week, both times i was given the same room number which does not have a direct view of the strip which is what I requested but a gives view of Trump Tower which is a big no for me on many levels. all restaurants in the complex are overpriced by the quality of food produced. on my 2nd stay room only had 1 chair when previous stay had 2 chairs in room, no one wanted to help me get a another chair.

The location to walk around in the evening did not feel that safe. However the hotel its self felt safe and had great vibe!

The hotel was beautiful, very clean and well maintained, had everything you needed. Great shopping, casino, restaurants etc. the walk to the main strip was a bitof a walk about 20 mins, In the daytime was lovely walk in but the evening did not feel safe so we used taxis but there were plenty of taxis right outside the lobby! The rooms were super comfortable and modern. Great shower and spacious bathroom. Would come back in a heartbeat!

I was really surprised during the middle of the night when I went to drink the free bottle of water offered by the hotel, and find out it was full of vodka. I reported it to the manager and they promised to take action just be careful about the free water I was upset as if I had allergies or, I wasn’t drinking alcohol, or it was a child drinking this, it should be a huge red flag and taken care of

it’s my second stay at Conrad. I like the apartment, it is very spacious and comfortable. it has sofa bed and another bathroom, so it’s very convenient for us as a group

Food court was confusing in terms of ordering, machines not working, hours of operation. Shower curtain was not clean/mildew.

There seems to be some issues with the elevators and key cards. From one part of the resort, it was impossible to access the pool floor from the elevator.

I really enjoyed my room and loved the shower and double sinks. The pool area was amazing. I loved having a frozen cocktail and lounging on the deck chairs. With so much dining, shopping and entertainment options at the resort, I had a great time for my 2 night stay.

We were there for 3 nights and our room was not cleaned on one of the days. We had to call the front desk and request additional towels. On one of the nights we went to a show at another hotel and could not find a coffee shop/diner to eat a late dinner (10:00 PM) after we returned to the hotel.

The pool was chaotic and not very conducive to relaxing... One pool staff was very friendly, but too few staff. Total free-for-all with young adults. Just not my crowd.

The first night we checked in, we went into the room and it was beautiful. However, when we went to look in the bathroom we noticed that it wasn’t cleaned and that was alarming. We called down to guest services and they were completely apologetic. We got upgraded to a suite and were given $50 food and beverage credit. I was incredibly pleased with how they resolved the situation. Last downfall, if you order items online and have them delivered to the property. You will be charged a handling fee for each package. A 1 pound package is a $7 fee. Prices go up the heavier the package is.

The ambiance is incredible. The entire property is gorgeous and welcoming. The strip view is absolutely breathtaking. Beautiful Rooms! Extremely well lit dressing area perfect for applying makeup. The bathroom was definitely my favorite part. From the layout to the decor to the lighting. Just perfect. They have a good amount of food options on property which is super convenient.
