We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesI didn't like the housekeepers, front desk associates and 3 food spots inside were not that great. I also hated the pillows they were very uncomfortable. Didn't like how it's at the end of the strip.
Loved all the amenities on site and how grand and beautiful it was. The room was amazing!

United StatesThe Air conditioning was very drying. I think the room would be even better if there was a couch or vanity to fill the empty space. The linens on the bed were dirty when we first checked in, but the staff was very quick to help us replace that. Oh! In the bathroom the glass door to the toilet was falling off the hinges so we were unable to close that door all the way. If you tried to close it, it would make a horrible screeching noise. So we just left it open and closed off the entire bathroom when using the toilet. Wasn't a huge deal but I thought I would mention it.
I loved the room and the amazing staff. We also loved the room service and all the amenities that the Conrad provided. The shower and bathroom were very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The view was spectacular and entertaining in itself. We could see the whole of the strip and were mesmerized by the lights.

United StatesPools pools pools. Very small not enough chairs. Mostly cabanas for $150 or more everything expensive for no reason for very bad food and cheap booz. Nothing worked. Thier casino app didn't work and I wasn't getting cash at thier ATM for $10 per transaction. Couldn't self check out thier text check out and again the app disnt work. Ride share are is far from the main door. Only lyft signs and not uber. So EVERYONE cinfused not clear at all. Had to call the desk to check out. For the amount of investment you would think this stuff should work. Too far from the main strip. So never never again
Rooms and staff atr great. But everything else terrible

United StatesFirst, the put us in the wrong room. We booked a king suite and then put us in a double queen standard room. It took a lot of hoops for them to correct but eventually it was corrected. Next, I had to request linens for our pull out couch twice. The first time they brought 2 pillows and a blanket but no sheets. The second time (which was the next day), they sent someone to make the bed, but it was over an hour after I had made the request. Finally, after check out, our incidentals card was charged for the full price of the room (even though I prepaid) and there’s an additional $2k in mystery charges. We only purchased waters and gatorades from our rooms bar and every restaurant or bar we went to in the holiday were NOT charged to the room. This hasn’t been rectified yet.
The property itself is stunning.

United StatesHowever, the service and attempted fraud by the staff were major downsides. On the day of our checkout, I was returning from breakfast and noticed that our key cards had been deactivated an hour earlier at 10 AM, even though checkout was at 11 AM. When I went to the reception to ask about this, they told me that since checkout is at 11 AM, they preemptively deactivate key cards after 10 AM. (Even in lower-tier hotels, I have never encountered such a policy. Programming the key card to deactivate at 11 AM is a simple task, so that’s already a service failure.) However, they “did me a favor” by reactivating my card so I could retrieve my luggage. The idea that they were doing me a favor by letting me into my own room, which I had paid for, was laughable. I went to my room, took my baggage, and headed downstairs to check out. Since there was a long queue, I tried to use the self-checkout service, and—surprise—it wasn’t working. (By this point, after the key card issue, I had realized that anything IT-related was not their strong side.) I joined the line, waited, and when my turn came, I checked out. But the hotel had a small “complimentary” gift for me—they STOLE $54 from me. As the staff member Whitney informed me that I was checked out and that the parking receipt would be emailed to me, I checked my email and noticed that instead of being charged $18, I had been charged $72+. When I asked why, she claimed it was for items from the minibar. I told her that I had taken nothing from the minibar. Realizing that the scheme had failed, she said that she would “reverse the extra charges.” This is a clear scam in which guests like you end up paying for minibar items that previous guests used but weren’t charged for in time. I read this scam on Reddit about 1-2 stars hotels. The total value of everything in the minibar is well over $100-150. Why Whitney decided to charge me specifically $54.19, I don’t know. Most likely, it’s a sneaky amount that guests wouldn’t notice.
Staying at this hotel showed me that it is a 5-star hotel with 2-star service. The room was nice and clean, and the location was convenient—those were the positives.

AustraliaStaff were quite disappointing, systems outdated took 40 minutes to check in (not including waiting in line), overcharged my card and I had to constantly come down and then follow up after checkout to get the money back. Advertises so many food options but hardly anything open. Rooms were clean but lobby floors were filthy I have a toddler who decided to crawl on the floor for maybe 15 seconds. After picking her up her clothes were black. For such a new hotel this was pretty shocking
Nice modern design.

United KingdomAlthough the hotel is nice, with comfortable bedrooms, I was surprise by how unpleasant your Front Desk staff is. We were not welcomed with the best attitude during the check-in process - lack of smile or willingness to feel the guest welcome to the hotel. Unfortunately this experience did not improve through the stay or even during check-out. This is very disappointed and definitely stained the overall experience of staying at the Conrad. We ended up moving to the Fontainebleau Hotel the next day and the experience was much more positive.

AustraliaFor a new hotel systems are backward. Took 40 mins to check in. I prepaid for my rooms and asked to put a security deposit but they ended up charging me for the rooms again. Lack of staff at various times of day. Requested a sheet at night time which took like 2 hours to come. Lots of food options but only problem is half of them in the food court are closed most of the time. Lastly the cleanliness for such a new hotel was disappointing we found chewed gum next to our bed when checking in the first night. Sheets are changed but had small stains on them twice.
Nice spacious rooms.

United StatesThe rooms need better soundproofing. Our neighbors decided to throw a dance party at 2 a.m., and it took two calls to security before they finally intervened to stop the noise. To make matters worse, our room was situated next to the elevator shaft, adding to the disturbance. Unfortunately, the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns.

United KingdomThe reception staff were not the nicest. I arrived at 2:45 and check in was at 4 so they asked me if I wanted pay for early check in. First and foremost how do you justify 4 pm check in and 11 am check out? Secondly, without even checking if the room is ready or not, directly asking for money to check in early is not great hospitality. I went there after an 11 hr flight and they did not check me in! The hotel has 100s of rooms, and I found it very weird. Really did not feel welcome at the hotel.
The design was nice

United StatesDirty and bad attitude towards their customers
Dirty bathroom. Upon arrival, waited 30+ minutes to check in. Then got to dirty room. Then went to have a cocktail and was told their "machine was down" so I could not sign the check to my room. When I told the manager I didnt bring another credit card she said she would call security and escort me to the front desk.
